Governments around the world collect tax but they have a budget, they have paper work to see where the money is going. They build roads, schools and provide public service. These tribe tax collectors do it to enrich themselves. All tribes must unite and call it a tribal tax instead of Naga nationalism tax. If they forcefully collect tax, then also let them publish it.
