If you noticed, Nacho quietly asked Tuco if he can say something when they had Jimmy in the desert, and he asked Lalo what he should do regarding crazy 8. The guy Tuco killed spoke for Tuco to Walt and Jesse, he was out of line. Nacho knew how to stay in line but he still saw a timebomb in Tuco when he snorted. Then Hector dragged Nacho's father in and he was in too far from there.
That "No Lalo?" scene in BB right before that he also says "It wasn't me it was Ignacio! (Nacho)" amazing 2 of the best characters in this universe came from throw away lines! All the writers are so amazing! Vince Gilligan even says the worst episode of BB is episode 1 cause that's the only one he wrote alone.
Those lines set up this entire show. What we know from them is that this show will end with Saul thinking that Lalo is still alive (whether he really is or not).

But, if you think about it, it's possible that the Saul timeline crosses into the Breaking Bad timeline and we'll see the beginning of Breaking Bad from Saul's/Mike's/Gus perspective instead of Walt/Jesse/Hank. Probably unlikely but I kinda hope they do something like that, I think it would be cool.

You can't "tough out" the fact that Tuco is eventually going to kill you. Working with Tuco is like playing Russian roulette every day. Nacho making a move on him was self defense. Signing up for moving/selling drugs is one thing, signing up for Tuco being a psycho is another, and signing up for the Hector/Gus feud being taken to "death is too good for him" levels is still more than Nacho ever asked for. In the words of the Many-Faced-God, "all you had to do was do your job and stay in your place!" Seems like Nacho was the only one was down for doing just that.
