Hey man. I've done your second suggestion of finding the IP addresses of fraudulent clicks, uploading them into "IP exclusions" yet I'm noticing my ads are still getting clicks from some of the same IP addressed I've already "blocked." Do you know why that is?

Clickcease wouldn't lower your CPC, but it would prevent bots or competitors from clicking your ads and running so you are not paying for those clicks. :)
