Hi friend!! Were you able to plant your new bonsai? We got credits from our credit card so we were able to use them for our stay. :)) Having an aquarium is nice. But the cleaning part… oh boy. 😅 I had a roommate in college whose aunt had a huge pool. Well, I thought it was a pool until I saw giant koi fish in there the size of a large beagle. Apparently they enjoyed entering their koi in competitions. Who knew? And their koi are all from Japan. But you worked in a vet so you might have seen more interesting stuff. 🐱 Friend, I saw the first few eps of Expats on Amazon. I enjoyed it ☺️

Moooooo 🐄 Haven't started the bonsai yet. The kit came with about 5 different tree seeds to choose from with starting trays. My great-nephew wants me to take a pic of it - lol - he might be waiting awhile for them to grow. You're not kidding about aquarium cleaning. If I'm not wrong, koi fish are a big deal in Japan, aren't they? Some can cost thousands. Big as Beagles?! Holy cow! I worked at a small animal ER (no horses or farm animals) so we did get to see a few interesting species. Besides snakes and lizards, we would have some birds. I've seen a hedgehog and a chinchilla. But the COOLEST thing I ever saw was a lynx. Beautiful and soft. Thanks for the lead to Expats - I'll go take a look. I just finished watching the new Wonka movie on TH-cam. It was good. I had an enjoyable day today organizing my seeds and planting Tatsoi, Broccoli Rabe, peppers and snow peas. May the odds be ever in their favor! 🤣. This weekend sure went by fast! I really wanna see a koi farm but there’s none in my area. Wow, friend! I’m so excited for your new planting season. Nothing like fresh produce from your garden. @@adoboramen Happy April, friend! I spent the day yesterday weeding, transplanting strawberries that got too old as well as some flowers. This morning I tweaked my back so now I'm on a hot pad. Oh the joys of getting older. My fingers are crossed that you really are able to live in the 808 someday! 🍍
