Jason, I saw one close to me (Western PA), but floor is soft, so I think the whole thing is rotted ?? THey were asking 1500, but I don't want a full time, full year, restoration project. I see people tear these all down and plywood rebuilt etc. I probably already know my answer.... thanks
Yeah that's a bad sign. Might be able to just fix floor. Mine is for sale and just needed some roof work that I did including installing a new skylight with a fan.
