Love the vlog, and love that it's not a 5 min vlog. The longer the better, longer vlogs gives me the feeling that i am chilling with you and not just watching you.
Instead of coffee I eat raw cacao beans. I eat five or six beans (technically “nuts”) a day. I get my cacao from Amazon. These, Kevala Organic Raw Cacao Beans 1Lb are grown in India, I’m on my fourth bag. Excellent quality and taste. (Cacao is bitter and I eat it with dried fruit or raw honey). I went through a few bags of, Yupik Organic Raw Cacao Beans, 2.2 lb which are grown in South America. Also great result from Amazon. I freeze the bag and refill my stash every few weeks. The most important nutritional supplement is said to be magnesium. The food highest in magnesium is, raw cacao. Cacao contains some caffeine but not as much as coffee. But, unlike coffee, offers a full spectrum of important nutrients!
Cool Vlog for real! I was gonna comment on the food, and then on this other thing, and then this other thing. Here is my question: Professional athletes tend to possess a certain kind of intelligence, but disc golf is relatively new, and y'all don't have the kind of teams (of elite trainers, sports' psychologists, etc.) that pros in other sports have (if I'm wrong about this please tell me). Main point: Pros in other sports have other ppl to take care of a lot of their wellbeing, but y'all have to take care of all of it yourselves. You seem to be doing a (ridiculously) good job at it, and maybe that's what separates some pro disc golfers from others. (P.S. I have a Masters' degree in Philosophy and can throw 350ft. just to make this the weirdest comment ever.)
Yeah it's a weird situation because were such a small sport and don't have to money to pay for trainers or nutrition coaches. Overall we're just trying our best to stay in shape and stay healthy. We're not actually sure if any of this stuff actually helps the Disc Golf but there's nothing wrong with trying to stay healthy in general. The main difference I see between Ezra and most other disc golfers is injury prevention and the ability to practice and play more than other players.
@@aarongossage3787 Just realized that I didn't actually ask a question 😅 But you answered it anyway! Haha. Good point about Ezra and preventing injury. I play everyday and it's difficult to not throw 10+ max-power shots on every wide open (disc golf) Hole. I'm guessing Ezra could do that with much less risk. Friggin Ezra.. JK lol, love all y'all 🙏💪🧠👏❤
He says he's plant based instead of vegan because he does it for health reasons instead of animal rights. He's almost completely plant based aside from the occasional bite of meat we make him try when we say something is delicious and he has to try it.
That whole MTV cribs bit was pretty darn hilarious
Goose: Welcome to my vlog!
Ezra: 🥬💪🏋
Ezra’s film job on Parker’s shot is absolutely perfect 😂 great first vlog Goose
"Don't mind my rag...HEY!" 🤣
This was a fantastic video, Goose. Please keep them coming we're definitely going to watch them!

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback!
It's great to get some insight to you guys having fun off the course. Also that bunny was super cute. Great vlog!
The dietary difference between this crew and the Alden vlog are stark. Let's see how it plays out 😂🤣
This is the content we fans and casual players like to see! What y'all disc chucking gods eat and do beyond the course lol. Good stuff.
We need at Gossage in the bag!
I was thinking the same!
I'm working on it, should have something out in the next couple weeks!
Freaking Ezra killing the fish 14:01 😂
Hilarious how the camera work gets instantly / noticeably better when Ezra takes over. 😂 Teach him how lol.
It takes practice....just like everything else.
Enjoyed watching. Hopefully more to come
Nice to see ”behind the scenes”.
That sandwich looks great.
The coffee routine is bonkers.
This is A tier content. Thank you. ☕
Wow, Airbnbunny! Love the look at tour life. I'll be at The Preserve on Friday, good luck and bring bug spray. Mosquitos are horrendous out here
You forgot to add the creatine powder on the bean sprouts. Would have been the perfect finishing touch.
Way to try new things. Regardless if you like it or not.
The Goose is Loose!!
Love the vlog!
Fun vid!
I believe in you, bro! Keep grinding.
Definitely keep up with the vlogs. Very interesting and enjoyable 🤙🏻
Love the vlog❤ hoping to see more of these
Hahaha, the wooden cribs section was gold
Silly gooses. Glad y'all had fun off the Clackamas!

I'll have to try this! Maybe even Ezra would go for since it's a bean.
Best vlog ever!
Great Vlog, I hope you keep them up! That sandwich though, not sure what I think about it.
It was a great time spectating and meeting you Goose, hope the course sees some good changes for next year!
Lets go Aaron!
My man! Loving the content 🤝
I usually add smoked turkey slices in that kind of sandwich. Definitely, not extreme as Ezra's diet.
Loved the vlog style!!
Heck yeah Goose
What are the macros of that coffee milkshake? 😂
Jump in guys the water is warm now 😂
Let's go!
Connor seems competent I'd like him to make my coffees
At first, I though I was seeing a butt crack at 4:20, lol!

Gooooose
That sandwich looked amazing! I’ve had that same cashew cheese and it’s super good. Is Ezra fully vegan?

@@aarongossage3787 cool thanks for the reply!
