ไปมาเมื่อเดือนที่แล้ว. กินแทบจะครบแทบทุกตลาดเลย. บะหมี่อาจงเหม็นคาวใส้หมูมากเลย
現在台灣的愛玉純度都好低，都是摻一大堆海草膠做的，雖然也無毒絕對沒問題！
因為早期在每個菜市場都有一種純粹用海草膠（菜燕粉）做的，清涼零嘴，就叫（菜燕），都切成菱形一塊一塊販售。
也可以用湯匙在碗裡剁碎後，加一些糖水來吃。這時就會很像愛玉的感覺。
但是真正吃過純愛玉子洗出來的愛玉的人，大老遠一眼就能分辨真假，以及店家在愛玉中摻入「菜燕粉」的比例。
我個人是很不苟這種降低成本的方式。雖然絕對無害，但這就跟白酒加水一樣。
下次試試自己買來做，再到外面去買一杯回來比較，你就知道我在說什麼。

The various Chinese/Oriental cuisine and street foods in Taiwan are really delicious, amazing and fragrant. There are a lot of different kinds of Chinese food and desserts which tastes so good and it's usually clean the way they prepare it!

I can't comprehend much the explanation on the New Taiwan being ban Jiao o P cheng ban Jiao. It's being noted as pence but they make use of the word New Taiwan dollar rather euro cheng yi bai ban Jiao or php rate pence.

i hear a lot about the night markets, but where do you eat during the day? is shida the market thats open 24hrs
if not mistaken shida night market opens at 12pm until 12am if not mistaken
Normally the night market opens at 4 PM and close around midnight (later on weekends).
