al shifa waterfall have water only in rainy season otherwise no waterfall only small pond of water. All the the road toward waterfall is very uneven and there is no proper road to reach waterfall location. almost 30 minutes tired full walk toward that place. its not suitable for women, kids and old men.
when you make plan to visit this place kindly wear proper dress wear shoes because walking track is dangerous.
Best time to visit this place is morning to evening. better you come back before sunset because there is no light in that area.
