    Hi,
    just getting started with AE and your way of explaining is really helpful. Just a quick question.
    Why do you use the null object. Can't you just put the effects on the ellipse? What is the difference here?

    Great tutorial, but I would definitely consider this intermediate. It's a little beyond beginner level action. Good for learning how shortcuts and just how detailed you can get with edits. Just a suggestion - When using any keyboard shortcuts it would help the viewer a lot of you had the keys pop up on the screen.

      Can you do a tut for create after templates.. maybe automatism features for more user experience to control over controls, wizards etc. it will be fine if you show actually share ur workflow and experience! that would be amazing!

    Hey Nathaniel, another great TUT thank you. Your videos have been really useful to me since I first found one of your videos. HOWEVER, I find the speed at which your explaining stuff these days is a little fast. I know you have a lot to get through and processes can be long sometimes. Perhaps you could add on screen captions and magnify or highlight the buttons/controls you're using in some way. I like to follow along where possible or at least note down the process as a flow. I'm having to rewind and jump back forward in a lot of your most recent vids. Keep it up though please. Many thanks!

      Thanks for the kind words, Russell! I think your critique is very fair. I'm working on budgeting in handwritten close captions for every video I create. It'll be happening soon!
      CC on every video and I'm still trying to slow down a little and speak a little slower too, haha. Thanks, man!

    Can you then add your controls layer to the Essential Graphics Panel for easy changes in Premiere Pro? Must try....

    still can't understand - why need null object???

    • @mo.ali.
      @mo.ali. 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      null object is a essentially invisible layer that exist with no visual layer ,
      think of null object is an airplane dragging lots of boxes the airplane is null object that moves boxes ( layers ) and effect them without make any keyframe to individual layers just one layer visible is called null object !

    I actually don't understand why you've done those slider controls. Is it just easier to change all the parameters at the same place?
