Cant believe how humble Nihal is - he stays backs and helps tidy up the pieces
Almost Everybody does that
Stop being a slave
Nihal is humble no doubt about that, though as a player I feel you are happy doing these stuffs if you manage to win xD
That's Nihal for all of us :)
Literally all the Chess players have to do that. In all kind of tournaments
to do that against the great nakamura is simply clutch
He was total lost. What clutch could this be?
@@dustinkui8368 🤡
@@dustinkui8368 that's literally the definition of a CLUTCH 🤡
@@JustAPokemonCommentingOnVideosoh really😂😂
Greetings from Canada! I am becoming a big fan of Nihal after watching this channel. He seems to be such a nice person and what a strong player!
Quality Street from Nihal. Relentless speed and flow. My new fave player for 2023!!!
the way they discuss after the game regardless the result is just pure
Nihal is brilliant beyond belief.
The moment that 1:36 PRAGNNANDHA came and watched the match
BOTH SPEED MONSTERS!!!👍👍
Naka had totally winning position 1:59.
From winning to drawish to total disaster zugzwang loss
Tbh I'm not sure if that was a win. I know what the bar says but still like if I was black I don't know what could be done to convert that to a win.
@@letmetakeyoufaraway7035 If im not wrong, doing check with the other rook was leading to checkmate
@@letmetakeyoufaraway7035that is a simple win. His rook on e7 is pinned so can't move it, if he movea rook from e8 anywhere than Qxe7+ is losing and if Kg8 then Qxe7 Rxe7 Kxe7 and white is promoting, that is a basic chess endgame at the end hence hikaru saw it in miliseconds and resigned
@@ahmedsitnic4105I don’t think he was referring to that position he was referring to earlier when hikaru was winning with the two rooks
Mindblowing game and blazing Speed Chess!
True gentleman - Nihal sarin 🇮🇳
Nihal fantastic playing bro superb
Dang those indians keep destroying hikary
Hahahh🤣🤣🤣🤣
A big shake of the head. We've all been there.
It is always worth watching Nakamura's face after got defeated by someone ha ha 🤣🤣
He flees away like a b**ch with bladders about to burst.
At 3:09 why did Hikaru take those dead pawns after moving took😂
2.09
he needs some motivation by looking at the PAWNS of slavery he freed from nihals wrath
Torço para todos indianos no xadrez e da pra notar o quanto Nihal é humilde ficando pra arrumar as peças oposto do naka pura arrogância
nakamura é arrongante e mal perdedor
pode ate ser um bom enxadrista mas peca na postura
verdade mano
@03:13 why nakamura resign as it was his turn to make the move, incase he moved king or unpinned rook , rooks pairs become weak and in case if moved king, the queen took pinned rook and then rook takes the queen. king takes the rook, the pawn will be promoted finally.
ouch Naka... that's gotta hurt
2:00 king h6 is winning for black (instead of rook d3 check)
At 2:00 instead of rook d3 check rook e3 check nakamura 100% would have won
Looks like Hikaru pointed that out at the end of the match
Re3+ kh4 Kh6
@@prokingff2625 No that wud hv been stalemate after queen takes G6 check
Indian chess players are really something
Man I thought Nihal will lose as Nakamura was constantly attacking and have 2 rooks(should be better than 1 Queen sometimes when other pieces on the board are pawn).
What a finish, mind blowing!! Hats off
Masterpiece
bro forgot he is Hikaru
Wow!
Not even Capablanca can play this endgame that fast. What a genius?
Should have picked that pawn with Rook
Did he just won a 2 point disadvantaged game and that too from a super GM ????? 😳😳😳😳
Endgames are not easy they are very much complicated and that too they have less time so it can happen
I do not understand why Hikaru resigned.
Both the rooks are locked ! Can’t escape checkmate
Umm black has no moves since rook pinned, if king moves -queen takes rook takes king takes and pawn promotion cant be stopped, if other rook moves its checkmate. I think it's called zughzwang or something.
@@abhishekjoseph4729 precisely
@@abhishekjoseph4729 it is zughzwang
Hikaru was in zugzuwang
Arbiter's reaction at 3:25, Yeh sab mere samaj ke bahar hai...
Suspicious game naka give away g6 pawn strange
Hikaru in Zugzwang position.
How's that ending winning for Nihal?
I think because one rook is pinned, if hikaru move other rook then he will loose pinned rook, if he moves king then queen take rook, rook takes queen, king takes rook and then pawn can be promoted.
It's a zugswang... Any Move hikaru makes at the end loses the game.
Why didn't Hikaru take the pawn @2:10?
Then ...Kg5, Rg4 check Kf6 and next move Q checks on 7th rank and takes over the initiative (Qg7, etc.)
The big question who won?? Don't know chess but u know TH-cam recc
Nihal Sarin :)
Good nihal..you make Philippines proud
lol
Wowwwwwww
2:12 why didn't Nakamura take the white pawn on f4 ?
Qc7 check and he would have lost the rook
@@adarshgopalakrishnan9766 thanks!!
@@adarshgopalakrishnan9766 Wrong answer. Someone explained in other comment. After rook takes pawn, Kg5 and white wins initiative with checks in the 7th rank
Qc7 doesn't work because hikaru will take F pawn with check, and support the rook with other rook.
amazing zugzwang
This did not just happen.. click bait!
Was that a resign by Nakamura or it was a draw
Resignation
Nihal yeses king like minor pcs
