In my edition it's written as VII (in Roman numerals) but also lists it as Op 33 No 8. The confusion arose because Op 33 No 4 was withdrawn by the composer (I'm not clear why...) so the fourth piece in this set, IV, was listed as Op 33 No 5, then the others followed on from that...
This is indeed a lovely and masterful performance, but I think it's "pipped at the post" by the interpretations by Idil Biret and Nicolai Lugansky (they're also on TH-cam).
I prefer Pletnev. Lugansky plays an American Rachmaninov, too much of everything. And Bidet is too German, not subtle, not Russian enough in the interpretation. I much liked Ashkenazy though.

No, Op.33 No.7 is in E-FLAT MAJOR not G minor and this is in G minor and it is his Op.33 No.8 100%.
The numbering differs in several sources.
