  • This week we make a quick stop off at Nottingham Craft Beer festival to check out some of the local breweries, buy some merch, eat a pile of tasty poutine and of course display our usual charming personalities :)
A mini date night/day in and around Sneinton Market.

Who are we? Alternative Adventures aka Martyn & Amy, a couple from the UK, travelling around, doing things and shooting some video. We're not pro's at this, and doubt we ever will be, but who cares. We are who we are and if you vibe with that, sweet, sub to the channel and we'll keep going :)

It's a great little indie fest! Great selection this year as well.

It was a really good selection this year. Track brewery & Brew York were the standouts for us. We missed it last year, cos of work commitments :( it happens.

were they actually still squeeky cheese curds? Ive only had fresh squeeks in Canada. The US version always falls short! But the UK version looks pretty legit!

They were actually squeaky! I’ve never had Canadian cheese curds but these def still had their squeak. Martyn said they’re definitely better than Wisconsin gas station cheese curds 😂
