Thank you for sharing! I'm looking to do a similar cut and would love if you could answer a couple questions! Do you think a .25" drag knife would cut through .25" rubber 40a durometer? Not sure if there would be too much flex in the material, maybe possible with multiple passes? How well do you think a vacuum bed would hold the thicker .25" material? Thanks again

yes you would have to do a few passes, but it would definitely work.

Hi. What program are you using for the drag knife and what are the settings for this particular knife? Blade offset?

Sorry I don't check my youtube often. I use vectric and the settings came with the knife.
