My hero is back. I only discovered you about 5 days before I took step one, but I can confidently say that your videos supplemented with OME are singlehandedly what gave me the confidence to take the test that day. Was gonna push it off cuz my passing percentage chances on NBME forms were around 80%, but after blasted through your videos my passing chance was up to 97% two days before step one. I think the key difference was the memory devices you use (I still chuckle whenever I see a patient taking a "-liptin tea makes me PP" or "bringing glita to the ppar(t)y" drug). You're an absolute legend and I will forever recommend your videos to medical students. Really proving that there is no reason for medical education to be the expensive shitshow it currently is.

why is patellar reflex spared in cauda equina syndrome
Does anybody understand why conus medullaris syndrome only takes out the achilles reflex and not the patellar as well?
All the lumbar and sacreal nerve roots are compressed in conus medullaris but in cauda equina lumbar nerve roots are spared
