I train boxing just for fun and almost passed out my first day of training. It’s not for the weak! There’s nothing that prepares you for the amount of work you put in to box and be good at it. People think they can just walk into a ring and challenge a boxer whose endurance is off the charts and they train to hit and get hit.
Right, when you are first learning the coach and nobody can help you, when you are eating that leather you learn real quick why coach said keep your hands up.
