If you mix some flour with salt and pepper and a little bit of milk till it becomes a paste in a cup.
In a pan put butter and a thin layer of milk. Till it’s warm. Add the paste you made gradually. Now you add grated cheeese.
Theres a cheese sauce for you. (This way you don’t need cream and you use less milk)

Salmon fillet
Warm rice
Kewpie mayonnaise (or any brand)
Sriracha
Seaweed
Baked the fillet, and then mixed the salmon fillet with warm rice. Sprinkle some mayo and sriracha to the salmon+ rice mixture. That's it. Serve with seaweed.
@@Nebom btw I forgot, you need to eat this rice with seaweed and avocado'a slice. Don't forget to drizzle sesame oil on top of the rice
