Yes, but what he lacks in height he makes up in speed. If only he could be more consistent. He seems to have trouble psyching himself up for those first and second round matches against mid-ranking players. But he's outclassed Chen Long twice this week and not many players can do that.

Ginting won because he is much faster than Chen Long. Tomorrow Ginting will face Momota. Who will win? Ginting is the fastest player in the world, but Momota is fast enough. Not really, momota wins a lot like LD and LCW, Ginting is too weak, mentally, hard to win finals for him. Lost to Lee Cheuk Yiu. Lost to Christie. Lost to Momota in Singapore and he could have won that won in straight games. Lost too many first rounds this year, against Lu or Angus for example. If he gets more consistent, I believe that he will be in the top 3 in the future with Momota and Shi Yuqi. But for now, Christie is better. And btw, even Momota is not comparable to LCW and LD 🙃
