One of the reasons it is frustrating for family members is because you don’t have all the pathophysiology puzzle pieces to explain gad toxicity, and medical people are behind in giving you the term names to describe what’s going on. Hopeful for a new tomorrow. Very hopeful.
Very good point! I've noticed this, too. People ask, "Well what is it then?" when you're sick with a mystery illness. Unless you can explain it to them exactly, they struggle to believe it. With my gut issues, my family wanted me to name an exact bacteria or have an exact name for what was going on. In reality, the illness comes first and the explanation comes later.
@bondswithoutbounds for the last 6 years, I have shouted it from the rooftops that I got poisoned by gadolinium. I've shouted it to everyone it's now on my chart that I have anaphylactic shock to gadolinium under allergic reactions. It has taken me almost 5 years to get that on my chart under allergic reactions how I know is after my second baby was born 30 years ago 35 years ago I don't know long time I had an anaphylactic shock to to Keflex they were slowly didn't dripping my vein after an appendectomy surgery one night the next morning I almost died from it Terry long time before they started putting gadolinium they didn't even have MRIs back then I don't even think they had CT scans yet
I feel that everyone who partakes in any form of medical treatment is at risk for this "diagnosis" ;) all you have to do is take a drug, have an adverse event, and they'll label you left & right to save their own butts from liability. SO wrong.
@bondswithoutbounds that's exactly what the University of Arkansas for medical sciences did to me back in 2019 when I asked my hematologist to test me for gadolinium toxicity. He did it to pacifie me he told me I couldn't be allergic to that, but guess what I was. My own hematologist reaction was when Mayo told him I was positive his reaction to me via his cell phone, not blocked, was oh my God, we killed you. To this very day, I at least texted him once or twice a year. The last time I texted him was in May, and he called me back immediately. I try not to bother him via his cell phone. But sometimes, when I've had enough, I can't wait to go through the channels of command and put up with nurses. Dr. A. told me back in 2019, it wasn't about the money to him, and he has put up with my shit now for 13 years. Long after his bosses university, not too long after I was tested, they threw me in the hospital trying to prove I didn't have gdd. He is from Grease in 2022. I texted him I was sick, and then I texted him back and said, "Forget it, I'm going to take 3 Xanax's and go to bed!" He called the next morning. He said, "Are you okay I said, "Where are you calling me from he said I'm in Greece." I'm like OMG did you not get my last text that I was going to bed enjoy your vacation, 😆 I'm sorry if I talk in circles but I know you understand unlock the doc told me I should have died 5 years ago for sure
The first person we have to convince that we are sick is ourselves I have known since 2019 that I had gadolinium toxicity and sometimes I say to myself what's wrong with me why am I so sick!😢

They're on TV and TH-cam and Cheryl Atkinson is another person with the contact it's just a few of us can get this on Prime Time television we might can get something done. And because of our efforts within 10 years we may not be here but other people will benefit I'm finally admitting there is gdd I have noticed in my 13-year-old process there's not really a GED all the scientists are trying to okay that we're not really sure they had normal kidneys and if we could get some publicity on some prime TV stations along with my doctor at the Winthrop P Rockefeller Cancer Institute and Dr samalka we might could get something going it might take 10 years for them to fess up to their liability we may be dead and gone but we'll have done our fellow women in this world who are still letting them put gadolinium in their arm because the texts are saying those things you said don't mean nothing just come on if you email me so I have your email address I can tell you how we can get ahold of those people and they will give us some prime time I have the know-how and you have the smarts to put it in the videos
