Bgm Music has NEVER been a problem for Tekken; I've listened to it outside of gameplay for many a year now.

In my opinion the game that has the best soundtrack (and the most diverse) is Tekken 5. There you have rock, hip hop beat, piano melody, oriental melody and so on...

Honestly, I didn't even know this game existed, nor did I have a clue what the gameplay looked like until I stumbled upon this channel two years ago. All I knew was that it's where Eliza came from. At least the Tekken team learned from whatever the hell this strange experiment was.

This reminds me of the way people talk about SoulCalibur 5. Was enough that the series went into hibernation and was nearly dead for seceral years. At the same time, several of the top players began their competitive career through that game, and still look back on it fondly.
I actually still play SC5 off and on to this day.

@@Xengard And Devil + Angel in Tekken 2. Projectiles have been in almost every game except Tekken 1 and Tekken 4.
@@BinBintheRiceCake It's actually very easy to clip people with it. Quite useful if you want to force your opponent to try get in, and tricky to punish because she moves back a little.

Tekken Revolution will always be kinda special to me cause it's how I got into the series as well. Also, those effects on the moves were kinda clean honestly.

I also got into Tekken cuz of Tekken Revolution. That was a great game for beginners, no rage art/drive or bound, the only downside was the Invincible move

Tekken TAG 2 was really good, just hard to play or master, but really good!
Revolution was actually pretty fun. The lobbies on tht game where some of the best times I'd ever had in gaming cos everyone had mics, everyone knew how bs the game could be and we all just had fun.
Going from Tekken rev to deciding to buy tag2 was such a shock cos tag2 made me hate tekken for the next few years, until 7 came.
I loved Tekken Revolution. It was the first Tekken game where I played against other people online and finally learned how to juggle, and I been playing Tekken since 3 came out. It's also the first fighting game besides Street Fighter IV where I finally mastered the Arcade Stick and started making people rage quit. And yes I did raise Paul's power stats to max and turned his half circle 2 into a death punch and yes I did the same thing for Bob and spammed his rocket uppercut to his back back 1+2 for easy damage, causing people to rage and insult me even more. But I eventually learned how to do actual combos because of those players calling me garbage. That way I can do combos, spam overpowered moved, and feel more superior to players who had the money to buy mics but can't spend time in practice mode. And every time I anticipated and blocked Kazuya's invincible and punished that spammer with a throw or juggle I felt like Daigo parrying Chun Li's super in 3rd Strike...... for two seconds. I don't think I would have gotten better in Tekken 7 or even bought the game if it hadn't been for Revolution. I owe it all to that flawed but beautiful game. I'm actually surprised and disappointed that there ain't a lot of FTP arcade fighting games in the PS store that is like or even surpassed Tekken Revolution. It's one of those fighting games that can turn people like me who were casual to more competitive.
I miss Tekken Revolution, it was one of my favorite Tekken games and it had a big impact on my childhood

Tekken Revolution will always have a special place in my heart. Staying up late, hours on end, sitting in a lobby with a bunch of friends, and waiting for that next token to recharge so I can get hit with Law and his 200 Power 10-hit string

Never got a chance to play Revolution, but OH MAH LAWD, the soundtrack is awesome! Hall Of Judgement is one of my top tracks in my workout playlist!
T5 and T6 are my favourite Tekken games especially T6 as I put so many hours into it plus the scenario campaign was really fun and I kinda liked Lars as a character especially his design I also reached Tekken God rank with him in this game and the netcode was ok.

4 frames for invincible moves invincibility, meant u had to be at +7 just to jab, and a 13f df1 for example would be beat even if u were +9. Even df1s were bad almost. Shit was crazy

Tekken revolution was just built unlike any other Tekken game before and after it, the stats and all the things that no other Tekken game had before and since really made it a special game, including the awesome soundtrack.

I remember playing Tekken 1 at my friend's house and we were able to get perfect Galaga score on level 1 or bonus round (can't remember which) to unlock Devil in Tekken 1. That was fun. T3 is when I started really getting into Tekken.

The soundtrack of this game was actually pretty amazing. Almost all songs were an improvement from their Tag 2 counterparts.
Tekken 6 did have a pretty cool customisation and special artist design 3p costumes

Revolution was the only Tekken Game I reached a high rank in, i mained Asuka and her counter did well against the “invincible” moves. It lasted so long in this game.
Tekken Revolution wasn't my first Tekken, but it's where I really started playing beyond baby casual mode. The "WOOOOAAAHHH" main theme and the character select theme are some of my favorite tracks in the entire series and I loved this game fondly despite the weird F2P aspect.
So while my first Tekken game was T4,I remembered discovering Feng Wei and Devil Jin in Tekken 5 and getting started with the customization of Tekken 6,Tekken Revolution kinda was the game that made me a dedicated fan and had me discover my first favorite character with Bryan Fury.
It being free definitely was a factor for a kid who couldn't really afford new video games all of the time even though I hated the tokens.
The character select theme was really Damn good and I'm glad it's soundtrack is on tekken 7 after Revolutions servers shut down.
Playing scenario campaign with friends was such a treat

Not gonna lie, as a King main, that gameplay at 5min was hard to bear lol. TR was so nostalgic looking back at it now with T7 being out for so long, really pioneered a lot for the Tekken franchise to me imo. And the soundtrack was *chef's kiss*

This game was nothing but pain and suffering in my younger days. This channel highlights that in a few rage videos. But if it wasn't for this I wouldn't love fighting games as much as I do now.

Something I found hilarious was when you played Law (With Dss not dragontail spam) I got the rush of dopamine when you did 4,3, dss, 1+2 and it blocked EVERY red move, and you'd come out unscathed at the risk of it being ducked. You could see my depression kick in when it got turned into an armor move in Tekken 7
