On deployment, floating in an ocean in the middle of nowhere - running on a treadmill - Tranceport on repeat. I will die on the hill that there is no better workout album.
I TOTALLY agree! This was my first ever Trance CD I bought. This album introduced me to the movement and lifestyle of a pure TranceLover. These songs are just phenom, indeed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,XXXXXXXXXXXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hes amazing live. I can still remember the aragon ballroom in chicago maybe 22 years ago when i close my eyes. Was like a dream, best one you can possibly imagine.
@@alaina66 I found this album 20 years ago or so I was 14. Went to a book store that let you out In cds to hear before you bought them. Still a banger. Can’t say it’s the best edm of all time because I am no means an expert but this shit is dope.
Listening 🎧🎶 to this Album at the legendary club Backstreet in Atlanta, GA. I fell in love with Trance back then. I just turned 50 and I'm still listening and loving Trance music.
One of the greatest trance albums of all time flat out Oakenfold killed it on this album instant classic an album that defined an era and one killer song to play any F1 game too
Yea im more into funky house, hard house, progressive house & booty house or any mixing of those, plus jungle(DnB). But when this album was released it was a must own, my whole crew would chill and vibe out or great after party music. Left the scene b4 dubstep became popular.
@@MERLYNTHOMPSON Ive seen Scott Henry and Charles Feelgood quite a few times, did he mesh into trance later on? They used to do sets together alot back in 98, 99 & 00. Great DJs!
Damn I miss being in my late teens high on whatever I want whenever I want. This song definitely takes me back to psychedelic episodes of the highest order, and I agree, fuck sea world!
Took me years to find this! I remember hearing it on bbc essential mix for the 1st time. Only tune to make me cry and take me to total euphoria in one go. Back in the days of real disco biscuits. Wish I could turn back time 😂😍
Ive heard a few rendezvous mixes by major dj's and a few by underground dj's too but this mix by far is the best at catching the moment in time where you just look around and wonder if who youve made eye contact with was reading your mind or were you reading theirs then you simply re-tune and feel the trance again...
Nothing beats Tranceport. Especially Rendezvous. The rave scene in which I first heard this song is burned in my memory. I was reprogrammed that night.
does anybody know what the first minute or so is sampled from? there's an extra sound in there that feels like it comes from a different place but i can't put my finger on it.
One of the greatest electronic albums of all time. Every track is killer
Yea, but it is the #1 trance album of all time
Little did 17 year old me know, I was listening to one of the greatest trance albums ever
When I discovered this I was about the same age. Such a n atmospheric soundtrack to a time of life filled with changes.
'Ever' is correct!!☝️🧐

Oakenfold was the godfather of the modern EDM movement and this album was his signature work. It never gets old.
Idk about godfather of modern esm
This blows modern edm away. How about it was just the best era of mainstream edm?

Thieves had good taste, certainly can’t blame them for that.
Makes sense

It's from the previous track of the album, Three Drives - Greece 2000.
