Dear Prof, I always weak up at 5.30 am and get up at 5.45. I do not use any alarm clock. I have shower at 5:45 and I shave my face and comb my hair at 5:55. I brush my teeth at 6:00 . I get dress at 6.05 and I have a little breakfast (espresso/expresso and some nuts) than I brush my teeth one more time. I go to work at 6:20 am and I finish at 6:45 pm. when I arrive at home I cook some dinner. I watch Netflix at 9:00 pm I go to bed at 11:00pm and I collapse from sleep in a while.
