I really like this one! The Alleluia melody has some good shape but is fresh, and the harmonizaton is accessible, even kind of poppy, but not at all cheesy. Funny though - I wish the two endings (m. 2 and m. 4) were switched. LOL

My setting of The Birds uses similar harmonies as this piece. There are several more on my 5- and 6-voice playlist. Generally speaking, I’m using triads with added diatonic notes - 2nds, 6ths, etc. Now I’m going to lie awake at night wondering whether bars 2 and 4 should have been switched. :) All the best, DB
