    Underrated part of this video is Lucy googling exercises! We’ve all felt an awkwardness about having to Google/yt in the gym, but this just proves even a veteran like Lucy doesn’t know every move and there’s no shame in it ☺️
    there’s thousands of exercises, it’s okay not to know/remember every single one

      I started using GHD, GHR machine. I had no idea how it works, even how to get on it? 😂 Nothing wrong YT/google things. 🙃

    How about a track and Field athlete like Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill or an Olympic runner. Maybe Paula Jane Radcliffe MBE? Someone London Marathon related might be cool.

      She likely does. This is kind of an odd workout. the source seems to be a fitness blog article in which the author says she "shared 3 workouts she utilizes to get in great shape." My guess is this is something she does on her own, maybe during some extended time or during the transition phase of her training and she's sharing it knowing it will be read by a broader fitness audience. Outside of that, all of this stuff would fall under general strength. It would either be done at the end of a heavier speed/power or strength session during general/specific phases. Or, on a low-intensity day during the pre-competition or competition phases to balance the highly specific high neuromuscular demand work.

    A lot of people don't know this but I guarantee u it will come out one day. Serena and her sister were using P.E.Ds while they were playing tennis. So were other young ladies in that sport. They do it today. Those r facts and to be honest nothing wrong with it if everyone is also doing them.

    • @matthewdragomir2261
      @matthewdragomir2261 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Bold claim to make without any evidence whatsoever. Is it possible? Sure. But making baseless accusations against specific people and claiming them as fact requires a lot more evidence than "trust me bro".

    • @joelpineda2042
      @joelpineda2042 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@matthewdragomir2261 if u have been in the fitness industry for at least 30 yrs and know what the human body can do or look naturally u wud definitely also know. Even Lance Armstrong didn't fool me. His competitors also did it. Look bro I'm not saying ANYTHING bad about anyone wat I'm saying is if anyone thinks there no p.e.d usage in high competitive sports ur living under a rock. It's being used today. But u definitely still have to have that talent. There's a lot of others in different sports that used p.e.ds but made nothing of themselves. Actors playing super heros do it ALL the time. Sure they deny it but again nothing wrong.

    • @matthewdragomir2261
      @matthewdragomir2261 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@joelpineda2042 I agree and I'm sure ped's are used very often in professional sports and other athletes almost feel forced to take them to stay competitive in their field but basing that on the way somebody looks isn't a good metric. Some people are simply genetically gifted and look like they're getting artificial help when they might not be. Did she take them? I would go so far as to say that it's likely but I'm not able to make a definitive claim and neither are you considering the overall body of evidence.

    • @joelpineda2042
      @joelpineda2042 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@matthewdragomir2261 I know wat ur saying. But ok we'll leave it at likely. But in the same as CrossFit athletes r likely using p.e.ds although the majority of them say they don't.

    • @matthewdragomir2261
      @matthewdragomir2261 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree with you there. Even though they say they test, the human body is only capable of so much stress without assistance and they go past that every day.
      My thought with pro sports is that they're for public entertainment and the public wants to see humans performing superhuman feats. We want to see amazing one handed catches and 150mph aces so we pay to see it. Whether they say they test or not, getting butts in the seats is the main goal so yes, I'll say it's highly likely that most pro athletes are using some type of assistance but I can't say anything with absolute certainty.
