Why wouldn't they release it down the line? Haven't they done that with other Patreon exclusive roms?
@PACNATIC This mod is not made by teknoparrot staff. All translations in this mod are completely original, and were not taken from the old English mod for 1.10. Some assets used in this mod may end up being used in the one that will eventually be released for 1.18.

As far as I know, Teknoparrot does not openly release roms. 1.18 was dumped and released a long time ago. You have to find it yourself though.
Any reason why it won't be made public?
I wish Namco would port this version of the game to the Nintendo Switch.

Hey I’ve just finished my Pac-Man English Voice Mod. So I might release it for the public. And as of right now I’m currently creating a announcer voice mod with a mix of Justin Berti and Jack Merluzzi so that mod isn’t finished yet.
That means we have to put Jack Merluzzi into the English Patched Mario Kart Arcade GP DX ver. 1.18!
You know, I wouldn't mind Namco bringing this version of the game to the Switch, as free-to-play.
Doesn't the game already have an English version? I remember playing it at Dave and Busters more than once.
If you've played the english version you should know just how different the japanese version is and why an english mod was made for it.
