Premier 1 Fence Charger Broken...Fixed!

My cows weren't respecting the electric fence the other day. They were using the fence as something to lick or bite instead of something to stay away from. After testing the fence I realized there was no shock being administered.
I tested the charger and it was bad. I was disappointed because it was fairly expensive but luckily it was easy to fix!
