@@RobbyLayton Bro thanks for the amazing job
You Towed that from Rhode Island ? it has California Plates on it. ??
Mike M.
Matt forgot to do a license plate relocate when he put the spare tire on the rear fold down spare tire holder. Take some flat iron and attach it to the license plate and locate the plate to inside the spare tire. Also, don't forget to put a light on the license plate that can be disconnected if/when he wants to remove the spare tire holder.
@@davidstokes9706 That caught My attention too...
Came here from Donut Media and when Henry spoke of all the things you did for him (free paint job, letting him stay with you), it was an Instant sub, just for being a wonderful human being.
Bless you Robby!
@robbylayton seriously speaks volumes about you, how you helped out and how you donated the work and all your jokes and playfulness in this video. You are a great guy and definitely have that car guy spirit through and through. MAD RESPECT!
LOL, "Donated"?? Donut has like 8 million plus subs. It's all about the x-over. Even if they got 1 percent of Donuts subs, that's 80k subs they didn't have before.
We towed a red X-90 behind our motorhome in 1999-2000. Our 4X4 X-90 would go 65-70 mph with full throttle and level ground with no wind. But, the two place seating, T-tops and tiny trunk were very unique....people often called it a "pregnant roller-skate." Wish we still had it.
I came over from donut and i just wanted to say there needs to be more kind people in the world that just do this type of amazing work for free! Good on you homie!
+1
its free because they are making money from the youtube video.................. nothing is "FREE"
@@tacticalbreadman7409 well he kinda did say it was(not) for him it was for us i was just trying to give respect for little TH-camrs helping other TH-camrs
i specifically subscribed because of the donation you made to this build. simply amazing!!
"we don't know where these wires go, but we will figure that out on the day we put it back together"
I like to say "that's future Robby's problem" 😂
He can always ring Future Matt. He is ace at ‘where did that go’ :o)
My thought exactly
So satisfying to see everything actually being disconnected, instead of simply being cut.
Right, I agree because alot of folks would hv just cut things off and make putting it back together way harder on themselves or whoever has to put things back together.....😂
Yeah, or maybe save some parts that might actually be useful.
Short story: I wanted to get an axle and driveshaft from a junkyard to upgrade my 4th gen V6 Camaro to V8 parts. I got the axle, but the driveshaft was already sawed off from the transmission being pulled. Their loss, I guess. That's one driveshaft sale they missed out on.
What bodyman would cut harnesses? Have you not been watching this channel from the beginning?
@@mikeworkman3593 I was comparing Robbie's work to 'other' people disassembling cars for rework, restoration. i.e. some TV shows, or 'other' TH-camrs that rebuild cars. Cheers.
@@billbillinger2491 AHhh, well you know you got to be more specific next time lmao.
This is the YT comments lol.
Robbie Layton just commented on 2 of my comments earlier today, lol. Giving me some sarcasm cause I was putting my 2 cents in on what he should have done in a video lol. Everyone is a critic
Absolutely epic, and the brothership here was amazing, this is what this community is about!
Way to go! Hillbilly forgetting the one thing, coupled with the "head slaps" montage resulted in my laptop taking a coffee shower! Too good!
Between this & the Golden Nugget, you are now officially named Suzuki Sensei. Ty for taking us along
1:45 the editor is a man of culture

Robby, I just saw the final results on Donut's channel, and you really outdid yourself on that paint job! I expect good stuff from Layton Auto Body after being subscribed for almost 2 years, but that X90 looks seriously next level. Can't wait to see how you did it!
The look on Hillbilly's face when he saw the bolts with no nuts and half falling out was priceless... And even better when you consider some of the interesting "engineering" he's done with his own vehicles.
Great collaboration, looking forward to the final reveal.
Every time I hear so far so good, I think of skydivers. As they fall, it is almost always so far so good.
Another great video.
Its fun seeing everyone's videos of this adventure.
That's a cool looking car. I could see my grandma cruising the beach in it, feeding stray cats - lol. Actually, now that I've seen it, I kind of want one. I can hardly wait to see what you do with it.
Omg 30grand. I'd set my goal at about 300. Lol
Robby and your team y’all are OUTSTANDING!!!! Y’all know what y’all did I don’t think I need to say it.
I am here from the Henry's Donut video, great job you've done to the X90, looking forward for the next video.
As a gym rat i approve. YEAH BUDDY LIGHTWEIGHT 1:45 💪
Wow, Robby. You did an excellent job. Thanks for your effort 👌 🎉
Wow that sunset bronco all i can say is WOW😂 i love that paint job😂
Donut brought me here, and now I’m hooked!!
Glad to see this is getting the Robby Layton treatment.
This young man is hitting you hard. To get the total swap is a serious task. Good luck with the change.
LOL! I remember when I called out this glorious little nugget sitting in your yard videos ago, fine sir. 😁
You guys really did a great job! The color combination is sick! Wooo
Yo dude, I’ve seen you on donut, and for the fact that you did the car for free I’m hitting that like and subscribe button blindly.
This is such a cool vehicle. I've always had a soft spot for Suzukis and their anemic engines!
So great of y'all helpin' out on this quest - I've been following on donut and you have a new fan in me!!
Unbelievable final product 🙌

Great video, I love this sort of rebuild.

The ronnie Coleman insert 😂
Donut brought me here. Great work.
X90s are fun and can be made into very capable little off-roaders that will go almost anywhere.
discombobulated - confused and disconcerted. Well it is in fact discombobulated!!! HAHAHAH I mean the whole car makes me discombobulated... lol
Sweet deal glad you guys are showing the content that thing is crazy cool man

LIGHTWEIGHT BABY
You do amazing job godbless you and your all team
Wow thank goodness Donut guy brought his own rolling parts bin! The OG is pretty rough and you would have had your work cutout to bring her back to show quality for sure. Did or does Donut have aspirations to be in law enforcement? 😊
Cool go-cart Robby
