Thanks for making this video The Esprit Turbo (1989 40th anniversary model number 03 of the 40 right hand drive made) we had no problems with drive down just took it nice and steady on the motorway and all was good 😎. some really nice interesting vehicles but a very cold soggy day. thanks to everyone for braving the day and especially to the Marshals 👍.
The Ford Cortina Estate mk4 at the end of the video is definitely a classic. Glad the Marshalls let him in to the reserved parking. Thx for the video, saved me cash and getting wet feet.
I would never have guessed you were brought up in Essex from your accent! Thanks for the video. I've never been to Bicester heritage. They are always sold out when I look for tickets.
I always say I came from the posh end of Essex - although where I lived it was almost Suffolk, so by rights I should sound more like a tractor boy rather than an east-ender! Tickets for the next Scramble in April are already on sale - they'll no doubt sell out within a few weeks.
Oddly I didn’t find it that cold - there have been Scrambles with a biting wind across the airfield. But it was pretty grim and when it started raining mid morning that was the worst.
I filmed in the morning - 9-11 - things moved around and some things I chose not to cover as I've done so in previous Scramble videos. Thanks for watching.
What awful conditions but still some interesting vehicles showed up.

Good on you for braving the drive. Nice car.
I enjoyed this. Cool to see so many out in the bad weather
Thank you - yes surprising how many were brave enough to bring out their classics.
Good to walk around with you again! Enjoyed the video.
Cheers Damian

Scarily, I still think of the Mk4 as modern! Thanks for watching.

Definitely my coldest Scramble to date

@@SportsandGT I went for an early lunch, purchased the hot dog just as it started raining :)
As you filmed it quite late in the day, a number of vehicles had made for an early departure -- however, there were many more on display earlier!
I arrived around 11 I’d say. Didn’t see a lot of these cars.

I left not long after 11 - was starting to get very wet - I guess many others did too but there's always movement of cars in, out and around.
@@SportsandGT I got there at 11am left at about 2:30 I think
