I wish I could buy. Seller finance? If I could buy it I would add small animals. An enclosed rapid composting system like the permaculture farm in Costa Rica. I would invite students from west palm beach to harvest, and take freee seedling for school gardens and home food forest.
I would build an energy tower like the ones built into agora tower in Taipei Taiwan. It’s a condo high rise with extended balconies for food forest. It also is a multisource microgrid. It has vertical and horizontal wind tunnels leveraging the height of building. Screened in so only the wind gets through and then there are self dampening wind turbines of small size throughout generating electricity. The building has rain harvesting system which captures rainwater at every level. In the down pipes of these tunnels there are generators similar to the in pipe water turbines in Portland Oregon. They use solar panels as a last resort, and many to balance water levels for réserve kenetic energy for water turbines. It produces triple the excess energy per home compared to America solar panels only back to grid program. Taipei is the dominant maker of hydrogen fuel cells, so the excess electricity produces green hydrogen on demand to power resident cars and machinery.
So I would make a tower there, demonstrate it and teach people how to make their own.
There is no pollution. Incinerator toilets eliminate need for sewers, with zero exhaust due to modern filters.
I would use the whole example to prove that housing is a human right, and it is also the only way to stop the desperation that feeds the greed that us raiding our environment.
Oh I wish I could. Bill don’t sell. You could do it.
It’s a new system of living really that could save the world.
