WOW!!! Nostalgia is killing me right now, the Super Star Wars series in the SNES is some of the best Star Wars games ever made, and you my friend did a flawless playthrough and in jedi difficulty what? hats off bro.
Total nostalgia mesmo !! Você tem toda razão !! Um grande jogo do Super NES !! 🇧🇷 Total nostalgia really !! You have all the reason !! A greta game from Super NES !!
Had the whole trilogy on the SNES back in the day. When the younger generation talk about 'souls' games as being difficult, I just smile to myself and shake my head.
These kids don't understand difficult games.. all the games today are significantly easier. Sonic the hedgehog, Star wars, X-Men, etc.. they couldn't hang
I played everything, and still play everything. Most games today are as difficult as you want them to be. There were some pretty difficult games back in the day but if you go back and play them now most are all considerably easier than we thought at the time.
This is so cool to say the least. I love how the game outro includes the original ending in episode six with the Ewok's victory cadence and Anakin's force spirit being older to match his age in addition to other things that're so endearing about classic Star Wars lore. I appreciated how you kept the opening crawl sequence in the gameplay as well. To be fair though, how can anyone feature Star Wars titles without doing as such? It's almost sacrosanct in a sense. Episode five is widely regarded as the best Star Wars film and it by far is with good reason. Thanks for the upload of this longplay.
I forgot that I bought one of those 50 games in 1 systems and had it in my closet for whatever reason. Found it the other day and realized that all 3 OG Star wars games are on it! Needless to say, I'm not to be disturbed for the next week lol
A very, very nicely-done job. I had Super Empire Strikes Back and Super Return of the Jedi for my SNES as a child, yet for the life of me, I could never escape the Death Star in the latter game, even on Easy.
One thing I thought about just now. What if we would have had modders create the Super Prequel Trilogy? The Super Star Wars games are beloved despite their difficulty, imagine those movies as 16 bit masterpieces?
I never made it that far in the game as a kid so cool to see what’s further on. I still have the system and game but need to replace system that is not working anymore.
@@xRavenXP eu achava o máximo a primeira fase da nave, parecia F-Zero... Depois de zerar esse eu fui atrás dos outros Star Wars... Foram difíceis de achar mas consegui zerar todos...
I remember my cousin had this game and would only let me play as Leia. I used to get so mad. He told me it was because I called stormtroopers, stormsoldiers( I was very young). Anyway one night when he fell asleep I stayed up and beat the game as Luke! I was so happy I could barely sleep because I was rubbing it in his face as soon as he woke up! At breakfast I was dancing around with my lightsaber(empty wrapping paper roll thing) And I said “Hey guess who beat Dark Vader last night?!?!”
Luke Skywalker: I Am A Jedi, Like My Father Before Me. SUPER STAR WARS RETURN OF THE JEDI For Your Super Nintendo Entertainment System From JVC. May The Force Be With You.
It's somewhat redeeming to know that even people that do great playthroughs like this still get hit by all the same annoying wall stuff and by some enemies that I always did growing up playing these games lol.
Love the SNES Super Star Wars games. I found it hard as hell though lol. But the games are just so good, it was hard to put the controller down for long. I still play them occasionally.
Had the gameboy version of this, i still to this day use the random letter sequence to get to the level i never beat in this game as my password for everything; i could get to that level today, 25yrs later
I still have my SNES and all of my Star Wars games and a few other games as well that I use to play and it still works and have a ps2 with Star Wars games and a few other games as well
I loved the game, my only complaint which i had all the way back when the game released is the inability for Luke to put away his lightsaber, turn it back on just for playing around with it and the sound it made as that was one small detail i always looked forward to with these games, aside from that it is an awesome game.

Thank you for the play through. But unlike most if not all of the prior people. I'm glad I never bought or played this game. Imo, they left out and changed a lot in the game from the movie. So, I would not have enjoyed playing it to begin with.
Man. I have memories of my cousin playing this game when I was little. May he rest in peace.
Sorry to hear that.

I really miss LucasArts... Some of the best gaming I've ever had was on their games.
I know fuck Disney
absolutely loved this game(and SSW, SESB) ! This was the first SNES game I owned when I got my SNES for Christmas in 94.
Got my old SNES out of the loft. Daughters had so much fun playing it they say Come On Dad your go
No school like old school takes me back.
Man I loved the Super Star Wars games on the SNES. My dreams of swinging a lightsaber finally came true!
I loved this game trilogy and the background of the Endor moon when running as Luke always gave me chills.
Luke Skywalker in this game was so OP like he is supposed to be and I loved every minute of it!
The space battle sequence looked surprisingly good for its time in this game. The music quality was great too.
