I like how Gotham's criminals seem to think that Batman being revealed as Bruce Wayne is somehow going to make his legendary martial arts skills, absurd physical ability, and years of experience kicking the shit out of them go away.
It's the fact that they now know where he lives and who he knows. So they can attack places he owns/lives in and harm the ones he knows/loves. Also the fact that I doubt dressing up and breaking bones and shooting people just breaking stuff with non-lethal tank round is really legal. When his identity was found out not long till Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood, Oracle, Batgirl (Stephanie Brown), all their identities come into the lime light then his family is threatened. He needs the Batman to die and something better to be born, something crueler, he needed a new myth that's what that was at the end of the knightfall video. It was him in a new suit with new tactics

The primary reason for Knightfall wasn't because the symbol of "The Batman" died... It was the sheer number of lawsuits that would pile up on Bruce's desk.

Kackman316 the reason I think he did the knightfall protocol at the end of the game after getting 100% is because he had a plan. When his identity was found out not long till Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood, Oracle, Batgirl (Stephanie Brown), all their identities come into the lime light then his family is threatened. He needs the Batman to die and something better to be born, something crueler, he needed a new myth that's what that was at the end of the knightfall video. It was him in a new suit with new tactics
