But what I’d like to use it for is mainly just to be able to create my own bio site, once I do, do you happen to know if I’ll ever be charged for just using this feature from the app?
Glad you liked the video Elvia! I hear your concern about investing time in this, worrying if it will be paid for. As far as I know is Bio Sites is completely free and should remain that way. The way I see it is that it helps market the primary app (Unfold) which has a Pro version. So there is monetization there to float this. I'd go for it!

My pleasure Susana! So two suggestions: 1) create an additional (simple) Newsletter page on your website but add it to the 'Pages Not Linked' part of your Squarespace pages section (at bottom). This means the newsletter page will not display in the main navigation. Then link to that from your Bio Site. 2) Watch this tutorial on Smooth Scroll (th-cam.com/video/oqAl-8Py2pg/w-d-xo.html) but take from it the parts about linking to page section ie. your newsletter footer - hope that helps!

I don’t know if you are all set already. I had some trouble doing it on an iPad with Apple Smart Keyboard. It worked when I took the iPad away from the keyboard and made change by using it in touch screen mode. I had trouble that I cold not type text where I wanted, no ‘save’ button appeared etc..
Hi Sarah - unfortunately you can't. There also used to be a Pro account but it's now all free. So I would have suggested an upcoming Pro acc could possibly remove this, but unlikely.

If your idea of a portfolio is an online CV-style page with LINKS to work you have done, you can absolutely use a Bio Site as a portfolio website. If you need images, description and multiple links per portfolio item. I'd recommend signing up at Squarespace for $16/mo where you can add unlimited projects. Hi Amourkee - the display name colors cannot be customized. The font family can be changed but the the color is native to the template you choose. This template has a while display text.
