I've did the same earlier but the problem remains. Now, I'm watching your video, which suggest the solution that I've already done. So, I can't find iexplorer.exe as I've deleted files by searching *.exe size:178kb on whole computer. But the problem continues, even I format the pen drive after doing all the said.
And FYI only the files above said aren't viruses. But the "Recycler" folder that does the same.
Hope someone will find the solution. Then please share. I don't want to lose my old files, So I'm not formatting my computer completely.

Update: Sometimes after I open my PC it came back, but somehow, I miraculously fixed it by myself by updating my OS (Win 7 to Win 10), after that, it's gone
