I absolutely love my Meteor! Such a fun bike to ride around. I’m glad to see it getting more attention because it definitely deserves it. I’m happy you had a good time riding it and great video!
I know a lot of people complain about the heel/toe shifter but I think they're a good idea, especially to avoid damaging your shoe top over time or trying to wedge a big boot under the shifter. I'd be interested to know what it'd be like on the interceptor. My first bike, a 1968 Honda S90 had one
Just ordered one from India for my Classic 350. initially impossible to get my boot under the shifter, but sorted that out by elevating it slightly, but hoping the heal and toe will be kinder to my ageing knee!
I've had a FIreball Yellow Meteor 350 since September 20, 2021. i LOVE IT! It has a slight, feet forward position, but it's not totally foot forward; it's not totally cruiserish. When my brother had his Marauder 1600, I could never get my feet on the pegs, because they were too far forward for me. That's not the case with the Meteor. They're just far enough forward to be comfortable, but not so far forward that you're stretched out. The bike's heavy enough to take the disturbances from a big truck, er lorry, but it's light enough to easily move around. It's nimble and maneuverable, but it's not twitchy. Even when ridden in a spirited manner, my Meteor will get 67-68 mpg (that's per US gallon); that translates to 80-80 mpg using Imperial gallons. I have a tinted fly screen, a Hitchcock's luggage rack, matching tail pack, and I have the DNA high flow filter and bellmouth on my bike. The high flow air filter and intake not only improve the sound (it thumps like it MEANS it!); it has better pickup. I can actually use fifth gear more too. Anyway, I LOVE MY METEOR! It's all a retired 60 year old guy needs... :)
Royal Enfield has really made some giant leaps forward in the past few years and I think you are their biggest fanboy in NZ!! Love your passion for them. You'll own one soon. It's the only bike you're missing now!! I don't recall you ever saying you had Covid 19, but you sure do have an acute case of Enfield 22!!😂
I bought myself a blue Supernova last year and by god I absolutely adore it. Loads of charm, looks fantastic, comfortable and very economical. I did an air box mod and put a Red Rooster exhaust on her which gives a bit more power and sounds fantastic. My only gripe is.. Maybe would have been nice if it was a 500 but hay hoo.. I have a collection of bikes from a C90 to GTR1400 and 9 time out of 10 I'm on the Meteor... PS.. If you own a Meteor that makes you a Meteorite.
I’m a bit biased (I’ve had my Meteor in Stellar Black since February `22) but your take on the bike is dead on 👍 My advice? Buy one 😉 Take care & ride safe ✌️

I picked up a Classic 350 a Month ago from an Enfield dealer, before leaving I asked if he could raise the gear shifter, he smiled and said already done it. He said only needs raising I notch on the spline said he thinks they are set with the Indian footwear in mind. How would a 6'1 driver fit on it
I am 5'9 and it fits really nicely my Dad also rode it and hes 6 foot he said he was comfortable on it i would recommend a test ride though just to be sure!
Nice video
Cheers bro!
Hey Vinny look into motone customs up and overs risers
Yeah mate! Will give them a look!
Could you please let me know which variant is this:: stellar, supernova or fireball??
Fireball bro
@@roadblastmedia thanks for the reply🙂
@@deyp11 No worries bro!
You mentioned HP Upgrades, what are they?
Only slight but exhaust system, air filter, aftermarket cam shafts theres things you can do to get a bit more poke!
You have to bare in mind they are electrically speed limited so performance if you tune it will just be quicker to 71/75 mph.
You are from which country?
New Zealand bro!
❤❤❤
❤
Rbm royal Enfield LLC dealership that's all I'm saying :)
Haha you know it mate!! One day!!
Bro this bike look dope
How to buy is us
Cheers bro such a cool bike! Are you meaning how to buy in the US?
@@roadblastmedia ya and i am serious its damm love in first sight type thing
@@GauravSharmaABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQR yeah bro beautiful little beast! And look online to find your nearest royal enfield dealership
Just get rid of that gear shifter and it's great.
I love the shifter mate!
@@roadblastmedia when your used to standard shifter you can easily make a shift by mistake with boots on. It reminds me of the old step through mopeds , they had a shifter like that. I just like the standard one. My mate had to fit one of those to his zxr750 after his accident and couldn't use his ankle properly to change gear.
@@rabfergy7155 yeah im used to standard this was my first time using one did take some getting used to but i thought it was pretty cool on the little meteor it would be different for other riding positions though
I am from India, i have Meteor too
Nice bro! Great bikes!
What's with that broken key?
The keys not broken it just has a strap on it and a bunch of other keys
We don’t say “lovely”
Haha why not? 🤣
