Absolutely love these info on what products you use & why you use them, No other channel does this that I know of. What kind of things do you drink; -non alcoholic wise to refresh your self daily, i get tired of just plane water, im pre- diabetic
I have a video coming out for my hydration drinks. But the most important things you need are sodium and potassium. I squeeze an orange into a glass and add a pinch of my sea salt, one cup of coconut water, and one cup of filtered water. Coconut water is your potassium, and it works with sodium to help move fluid in and out of your cells and keep you hydrated. The Orange provides you with vitamin C. You can not properly hydrate on water alone! Be careful with your coconut water some have sugar, so find one that is only coconut water. If you do not have coconut water, you can use 1 TBsp cream of tarter for your potassium. If you have any questions, I am happy to help!
I am having trouble deciding what salt to use. I used sea salt. But what about Iodine? There are warning signs on salt that they contain no iodine? So, I buy different salt brands. So, I got the Morton that said it came from a Utah salt mine. Pretty much products in Dollar Stores are from China.
So, if you feel you need more iodine in your diet, I would recommend drops derived from kelp. It is not worth the iodine if it comes from a harmful substance. If you want to stick to Mortons, their natural sea salt has no additives. I just do not know where their salt comes from. If you only want to use one salt, I would pick the Diamond crystal or the redmonds real. Both come from the USA and both do not have any additives.

As a geologist, she gets an F, for wild speculation, based on zero science.
Because you are married to an old salty old man from the sea. ❤❤❤
I don’t like redmonds. Too gritty. Sand mixed in.
I prefer Mariners Celtic salt. So excellent
I have tried that brand and it was a nice salt.
Thank you!
