The little dolls at the end in the shoe box were Holly Hobbie dolls OMGoodness the memories they brought back when he pulled them out. They probably arent worth a whole lot but look like they have original clothes on. Very cool finds in his basement!
I was coming to say this. Holly Hobby dolls. 💗
I haven't seen that Fisher Price chalkboard desk in over 40 years. It was one of my favorites as a child, and I'm now 47.
I recently came across 2 of them at 2 separate places one has all the stuff with it, still haven’t listed them yet
Mine too! I love it.
Holy cow, Kevin, $902.52 for the pokemon cards! It's a totally awesome outcome! Excellent pick and even splitting it with your buddy. You made a pretty good profit. So everything else you picked up is just icing on your cake!
I was looking for the follow up on flipper channel as I just recently got into Kevin's videos I was so curious on the cards.
The little dolls look like Holly hobby
Yes I agree my first thought too on Holly Hobbie 👍😊
I have a few porcelain items not dolls.!
I almost didn't watch this because I hate uncomfortable negotiations, but I'm so glad I did. LOL It was fun and the box of dolls worth $100 cracked me up! I love a great sense of humor!
Hey Ali Thomas, is this legit? I got the same message to send a message through telegram.
Those are old linemen phones. My brother was a linemen. Those were just getting phase out in the 70s only rural areas were still using on poles. They hooked up , on top to check lines.
Lol I love watching a reseller know deep down they came across some decent stuff because the conversation is always so complimentary to the owner and the sweet talk pursuits in hopes of future power rangers lol great haul 😊
You got a great deal in everything. I loved the old phones and the Fisher Price toys.
Not only was your buddy witty but it was fun reading these comments about how old people were when they used to play with this stuff and all the memories! Next.....time 😊
I'd say since he is your friend, you could give him a 70-100 bucks more to be fair.
I’m sure there will be a dinner or two in the future.
Atleast
Your videos are really interesting to watch it's amazing how you know all your stuff and you study everything and another thing too it's been never a dull moment watching them because you have a good sense of humor and you come out with some funny things that time makes me laugh 😃 am from California 🙏💙
You guys were fun. He had some great stuff Kevin . Thank you for sharing.
Pokemon is already at $335.00 with 6 days left!! I'm going to have to watch that one, lol. Always great videos. Love you and your family 🥰
Nice items
Good Morning Kevin! I just NEVER tire of watching you at your finest!!! Now for those that would like to paint you as some sort of VILLAIN, I'd love them within arms reach. 😠 If it wasn't you buying the stuff it would be someone else or they'd be taking it home. Haters are gonna hate. ❤️ you sweet man! ~Ana
Love that Butt Paste Bobblehead. What Pharmacist wouldn’t 😊
Wow!!!! Both wrote same amount!!!
Holly Hobbie dolls. Good luck with all the goods.
Holly Hobby, in the last box.
Oh yeah
Everyone got what they wanted 😀
Perfect
That was hillarious.! You know your stuff and your friends.
Some good stuff indeed!
Great buys
I once found a huge lot of vintage Pokeman and Magic the Gathering cards, gave them to my nephew for Christmas.
Hey Kevin! Wow did I love this video with all of those things! Philly Phlipper would go nuts over that Pokémon stuff! Crazy! Just a variety of so many awesome items for profit!💰
Love the Fisher Price vintage!! Can not believe you found a Fleet item! Butt Paste! 😂Thanks for the incredible video! Resellers dream! ❤from your #1 fan from Baltimore!😊
I will give you $500 for that Limp Bizket CD!
😂 I felt like you were digging through my childhood, me and Tyler were very similar. The Poke stuff should do well for y'all.
Lol same…the PS1 games looked like it was my old stack of games I had myself
you can give me $500 for my limp bizkit cd's! :P
I’m sure the comps of the Holly Hobby dolls surprised you. They predated the Strawberry Shortcake dolls, I think?
John must be a fellow Philadelphian with them philly teams on the wall 😉
Great pickings and awesome banter with an old friend 😀
Great that you were on the same page on the amount
Great deal I think!
That was some great stuff! That’s a perfect example of How You should let everyone know that you sell on eBay. Friends, family old coaches whoever you just never know when they might want to get rid of their stuff. The Pokémon stuff will do awesome!! Although they’re probably not worth a lot, the phones was the coolest items!! Thanks
Well, that was a nice buy there. I think u did amazing Kev
Those were little Holly Hobbie dolls they were around way before Strawbe=y Shortcake.
Oh wow I predicted the same amount too! I’m learning from you Kevin 🥳
AW MAN! If you are from WV John Denver is PRICELESS!! The mystery dolls are Holly Hobby! Love your vids.!!
Really like the phones.👍
Those are Holly Hobby dolls and clothes. I had them as a kid it was cool having a doll with same name as you
Eagles and Phillies! I like the cut of his jib!
Those are lineman phones. When they climb the pole to connect ur landline they can call the house to make sure it's working.
I had a feeling that the two of you were going to come close to the same number if not the same number! That was funny
Hey Oh!!!
That Ludacris word of mouth was one of my favorite CDs
NICE! I thought $200 as well 😊
Hello!!!! Love the videos
Very nice buy
Love Winger🎶
Those phones are so awesome.
Awesome video!
That was a great video 👏👏👏
I live next to the Little League World Series. You and your family would love it, being a big baseball family
I'd take everything!
What a steal!
Cool Stuff Dude!
Wow!! The Pokémon stuff is steady increasing!! And only up one day!! 👍🏼❤️
That was fun!
At 36 he probably avoided most of the junk wax era but that's perfect age to have a bunch of Tim Duncan, Dirk, Lebron rookies if he collected basketball. Awesome vid as always
Lol Holly Hobbie was before Strawberry shortcake :)
It's already at $305!
I so wanna be part the pokemon auction
Lots of great stuff and they don’t have to move it!
the pokemon stuff is original sets. those empty boxes are worth tons
I feel like you're going to lose a lot of money with the Pokemon stuff, but probably the easiest way to do that.
Why would he lose money when he not putting any money forth. He’s selling them in a auction and whatever it sells for they’re splitting.
How can he lose money on the Pokemon stuff when he didnt pay anything for it? They are splitting profit
@@Okie-Girl He's losing potential money, not upfront money.
Looks like it’s doing good to me, already at $305 and still has over 6 days to go.
Good job buddy
Two decades ago my grandmother passed and my aunty decided to sell the house. She ended up selling the house and everything inside
Since then my auntie has also passed. I have never been up to St. Louis to see what ever happened to my once childhood home :(
Linemans phones. The lineman carried them up the pole to find troubles with certain phone numbers.
My number was so off. Still so much to learn 😅
The dolls look like Hollie Lobbie
Oh man I wrote 300 🤣 glad it wasn't my stuff
I’ll take him to dinner on me. 😉
Why don’t you give a good faith estimate or price and then when you sell this stuff send him a check for the part amount. Yes ! Good offer on Pokémon! Very responsible treatment of a friend!
❤❤❤
Holly hobby in the box
Great video. Love this style of video. I found it difficult to buy off of Friends and family. Honest idea on the Pokémon card's 😀👍❤️🇺🇸🇨🇦❤️🎉🎉👏👏🎉🎉💯
Owls
Aren't those Molly maid dolls?
This was a really fun video
Man you see some interesting stuff.
Einhander for the PlayStation 1 is an easy $150 alone👏🏼
I want all the CDs. Where can I buy those from you?
I’m in Lynchburg
Do you have smuuf?
Holly hobby dolls? At the end.
👍
40-60$ jordan poster
You need to get in touch with Leonheart he’s a fellow TH-camr who deals only with Pokémon cards
It looked like the dolls were Holly Hobby
Got a fine haul there 👌!
Believe couple dolls look like
Holly Hobbies ??
Sure hope all the Pokémon goes to a good collector. Thanks for another great video.
You never disappoint ! 👏👍😊
You say it all the time. When in doubt part it out
Holly hobby dolls
I think the linemen up a pole used phones like ghat attached to their gear.
💜💯👍🏻👋🏻keep us posted on what the Pokemon sells for.
the black label Robin Hood vhs was probably about $15-20
That is a very common Robin Hood vhs it even worth. 5 bucks really
@@CommonwealthPicker Oh, really? Goes for about £13 in the UK, assumed the same would be true over there. Either way, rest of the pickups more than made up for it
I was Over 😂 I said $250 😅 That’s what Friends are for 😊
My gramdson is having a fit 9ver the Pokémon stuff
Man can’t believe you passed on that Jordan poster😭
I wish I could see all the Pokémon stuff better 😢
go to garage sale nation channel. I did a video on there with them.
Currently Pokémon is at $330 🎉
Buying Big Mixed Lots: back when buying up big lots in this manner as common for me, from folks moving or estate situations, I found it was rare for people to have everything that could be sold isolated in one space, so Tharp an easily defined price could be agreed upon. Usually it was spread out (and mixed in) with items not for sale, or items available to sell “for the right price”.
To make the negations go faster/smoother I started to bring a clip board with paper and would walk each space /area and have the person point out what was available (or I’d point to what I might want) and if it was “a possible”, I’d write it on the clipboard by item, box description or group. When the tour was done, I’d ask for a few minutes to put an amount on each line item on the paper. That would provide me a rough total.
Pending on “the deal” I’d either right what I thought the item would sell for (if the seller was focused on item value) or the amount I was willing to pay for each individual item, box or group. A group might be all the video games in a box, or all the DVDs on a shelf or the entire contents of a garden shed. Groups got a single collective amount on the paper.
Doing this definitely help define “the scope” of the deal, in both the seller’s mind and my own and could be easily adjusted when the seller would waffle about an item. Many constantly wanted to add or delete items during the tour. It was easier to isolate the waffle items or to pull them, since they had their own price in the column.
If the prices on the clipboard reflected what I expected to sell for, the total got multiplied by a percentage of the total and that was my offer. The percentage for each job differed and was based on my work load, the effort to move and market and the length of time I expected to take the group to sell. Another factor had to do with how large my death pile/back stock was and the rest of my work load that week. In other words, how excited the offered items were to me. For a time consuming job, further from my home, with items that would need more cleaning, I might only offer 25-35%. For new/old stock, clean popular items ready to go, that would haul in 1 trip, I might offer 60%, if I needed inventory or knew were I could flip the load quickly.
Sometimes sellers snapped up a fair offer because of the situation they were in, but when the seller balked at my offer, I’d right my phone number on the sheets and say how long the offer would stay on the table or offer to take a small load with me that day, to see how there stuff might sell. Making the small immediate deal gave them the feel of cash in hand, while they were “thinking it over”.
Don’t be afraid to walk away. There is rarely a shortage of big deals and few buyers with the time and cash ready to do big jobs, entire estates, barns and full workshops.
I worked in a Walmart pharmacy and we sold Boudreau’s Butt Paste
I misspelled it. It was “Boudreaux’s” Butt Paste
I think you forgot about the purses you said you wanted
I don't understand why crappy games sell good but a good game is so cheap on eBay.
