Joe Peterman it wasnt never abt her being black ... she was a strong women and that made him shiver , and the cops that killed Breonna Tayler aint fired so thats incorrect 😞
It's because they clearly ran her tags and pulled her over with no legal basis (tinted windows is not valid grounds). Normally, US police can act like this with impunity, abuse their authority, and toy with people, without consequences. It's not a good idea to do this to the chief prosecuting officer who represents the state in criminal cases, however, as she knows the law and can punish them for their abuse of it. So the big deal is that they're treating her like any other citizen and abusing their power - but they got caught by someone with a lot more power than them. US police are not like European police, there's a lot of fear and suspicion of police in the US.
I thought the same thing. So they ran her tags and pulled her over. Big deal. But ok, if you need legal basis and they didn't have one... I wonder what they would have done if she wasn't who she is. They still would have to produce a legal basis for the entire thing. Would they just try to write a ticket for something they made up on the spot? Edit: i read up on this. She didn't press charges because the stop was perfectly legal. No abuse of anything. So it looks like she thought she was being racially profiled, but wasn't, at least from a legal standpoint.

Im not from the USA but whats the big deal about the police pulling over a state attorney? Shouldnt she be treated the same as anyother citizen?
Ikr
Exactly.
@@tonypaellaI mean, they ran her tags and they came back clean, so they decided to pull her over because there was no evidence of anything wrong and they thought that was weird? She never pressed charges and said the stop was compliant with florida state law. She later tried to run for attorney general in 2022 but lost to Ashley Moody in a landslide.
@mathewwc9806There never was any charges to press at all owing to the fact that this traffic stop was absolutely lawful in every single detail. She was dismissed of dozens of cases and duties by two governors, and now has nothing to do with any state office!
There’s a lot of DEI bots in this comment section i still don’t understand what the cops did wrong
@@georgie2844 The officers did positivly nothing wrong, the facts are this traffic stop and detainment was and is absolutly lawful in every single detail!
That little smirk she did when he said her windows were tinted was priceless!
She was like ohhhh I see what this is now ok ok
You imagining that......
"also your skin is too da.. I mean your windows are too dark"
She smiled because she's someone important so her windows can be as dark as she wants. The rules are for regular people.
Her car windows are in fact too dark. No one should be allowed to have such dark windows…no matter who you are or what you do.
The woman has just activated a reverse card to the police
Shicino Right on! Lol
She pulled out a motherfuking Yu-Gi-Oh card

You can hear the scare and gulps in his voice man 😂
You can hear nothing of the kind why would he have any concern with her? HE DID NOT, She had no authority there, and this traffic stop was and is absolutly lawful in every single detail and provably so!.

@@Justin-ro8nfWhat can you be talking about?? Trump was nowhere near this LAWFUL traffic stop! This traffic stop was and is absolutely lawful in every detail!!
@@Patrichardson-i9f wrong again.(trump voice) get a life youtube child. Quite acting like a liberal.
@@Justin-ro8nf You have only an opinion, I have facts and evidence this traffic stop was absolutely lawful. I am and have been provably correct since 2017, accurate for over 7 years here!
Her grin was priceless.
More like her smile was monumental, caught the harassing low life off guard.
Yeah, her grin when they talked about her windows' tint was quite something, she knew they were bullshitting her.
Nah, the smirk was because he tried to add justification to it with the window tint after giving her a totally lawful (albeit not particularly well versed) reason of we randomly run plates all the time. He should have led with the tint and mentioned the plate second.
bboxsaidso - Well you obviously don’t know much about mv law
Florida mv law to be exact
If he started with the windows first he would have been in violation of Florida’s window tint laws
Window tint is a “secondary” offense in the state of Florida
Therefore this would have been an illegal mv stop and 4th Amendment violation
The officer followed policy and procedures correctly in the video
I wanted to slap that smug look right off of her face
“Im the state attorney”
Cop: “and I was just leaving, thank you!”
Hahahah!
😂😂😂😂
she should have gotten a ticket even if she is the state attorney. that doesnt grant her free passage from laws
No one is above the law.
@@jaiimecrm she didn’t do anything tho 😆 they ran her tag cause they thought the car was stolen. You know atleast that’s what they said .

@@Demos_Jeff yeah no he said car, he was riding with another officer.
Epic
Ooh she was cool like "oh you guys run random tags huh" where is your card 😂
Of course the registration inquiries were initiated (tags run) and absolutly lawfully as everyone knows, as to asking for the policeman's identities that is done tens of thousands of time daily in the U S and is predictably meaningless as it was here. Her asking for and being passed their information was a worthless waste of her time. She had no authority there and she, they, and all knew it. This traffic stop was absolutely lawful in every single detail!
The way he cleared his throat when she asked for his info was hilarious. Then he pulls out his blue clues notepad
