Depends on the area and what’s irritating it. Flossing works well for my elbows when they feel aggravated after benching, TENS had been helping with my knees which I think are unhappy as I’ve been working on my new low bar positioning. Those are my current go-tos, but I’ve had great results from scraping as well. I get better results from it when it’s done to me, since I need great pressure to benefit from it and it’s hard to apply pressure on yourself. Would get more scraping done if I had more access to it without having to bother people 😅
@@MichelleLin_cutlikediamondz thanks for the insight, I’ve done TENS to myself and it was just ok, I’ve also tried massage guns and didn’t really see a benefit outside of it feeling nice. I’ve been interested in flossing but didn’t know anyone irl that did it so I might just binge a bunch of YT videos on it. Thanks for the vlog!
@@bulaclacj happy to share! Massage guns feel like they relax the area for me, but that relaxation doesn’t last long after. Bands for flossing are fairly inexpensive and easy to store, I would definitely give it a shot.
