My G3c's are some of my most fun little pistols to shoot. They are accurate, and I absolutely trust them to go bang if I ever needed them (but I did have to polish the feed ramps for hollow points to feed smoothly). They are a great value. I see no reason why the full size wouldn't be just as good.
I bought my G3C a few years ago and I essentially pimped it out. I put the G3 Toro slide kit on my G3C and I bought some 15 and 17 round mags as well as a 32 round freedom mag. It is OD Green with a black slide and gold barrel. I plopped a red dot on it and it has run at least 1000 rounds with no issues after an initial break in of 50 rounds.
The gx4 carry is great ..never liked Taurus much but bought that gun and out of the g48 hellcat pro sig365 i carry the gx4carry way more ..recoil is smooth and it just runs great
I have two G3’s,they do their job. Pull trigger goes bang.great price, finsh could be improved, but fine for the cash. The 17 round mag’s need a better solution for the gap filler piece,it needs to be attached better but not a huge problem.
Fun Fact: My first handgun was a Springfield Range Officer in .45 ... nice gun, right? I was 11. My next handgun was a Taurus Pt111, the original, weird looking one in .45 ... it shot about 3 feet high and 2 feet to the right. I traded it in for another in 9mm, and it rang steel at 100 yards. And that's the problem with Taurus. You'll get a great gun, or a useless one, and you never know which.

Ive had the old g2 and a g3 forever over 1000+ rounds through them and they still work great with only a few problems which I blame the ammo for
I have the G3C , i put a TORO slide on it so that I can put an optic on it . I love it , have around 800 rounds and no hiccups .

Great first gun it’s cheap and reliable but when you get another it’s ok to clown it
I got g2c g3c and g3 love them oh by the way hello from Cumberland Md
I does also wish Taurus could figure out how to get the GX4/carry trigger in the G3’s that be perfect, the second strike has it’s place though I guess.
