welcome back~ no better time to stock up on comfort food before traveling... am i right??? I learned so much this day and I want to share some takeaways. xoxo bejulified
    Takeaway:
    1. Don't squeeze the tofu skin for the yubu chobap too much... it should still be a tad bit juicy
    2. Seasoning is kimbap is super important. Basically all ingredients are going to be seasoned with either salt, pepper, or sesame oil
    3. Let the rice cool when making kimbap. It's easier to lay out the rice onto the seaweed if the rice is a bit "wet" as opposed to sticky.

literally now I really want to the tofu skin, like as a vegan it is incredible how I haven't find somewhere that does it
I literally love trying new vegan foods and sharing it on my TH-cam channel and then love veganising everything I can :PPPP
