Been to cafe military almost 2 years back and tried their Egg bhurji! It was superb.
"Egg is as Vegetarian as Milk" was a Tagline by Enterprise Advertising Agency for ECC Ad.
Unfortunately it had to be taken off due to an Uproar by Gujarat MPs in Indian Parliament 😖
You can check with ECC Venky, they'll still have that Ad in their Scrapbook

Factory made eggs are vegetarian. I also drink cow milk, close my eyes and bluff myself that it is pure veg.😂
