Printer Cannot be contacted over the Network Fix

I have a Question. Let's say that when I check service for Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and it was already Automatic. When I stop the program, do I also delete the file in File Explorer before restarting the service again? I know this is the case when I troubleshooted Print Spooler issue, but not sure for this one. Thanks!
