    It's ONLY about flying, not about recorting or taking photos, which requires permission (spent hours looking for the details and it's so difficult to apply).

    To register for the online training I seem to have to name a piloting job in order to create an account. How does one circumvent this?

      I didn’t have to do that. Not sure about this flow.

      I always have insurance while flying in foreign countries. Not needed, but its better to be on safe side.

    hi I'm seeing a lot of websites saying flying a drone is fine after registration and tests but videos a photography is prohibited?

    • @daboo1391
      @daboo1391 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct, in Croatia you need a special authorisation from government for allowance of video- or photography.

      DaBoo is correct, hence I got my registration in Slovenia and it works in all 27 EU nations as I was going to Slovenia next in my trip.

      @@OffbeatTravelVK I got registration to fly a drone and that now entitles me to fly in Europe from now on . But I wasn’t able to get through to the dgu which is a totally separate permit for allowance of video and photography on any drone . You need a permit per each flight video or photo . Did you abstain this ? As my emails were ignored

      @@dr.0ne322 as far as I read it takes several weeks until you get an answer.
      Might be you also have to provide the video material for approving. Not sure.

      @@OffbeatTravelVK I mean the authorisation for being allowed to film. Not the Drone licence. The licence is valid for any EU country.
