We chat about touring with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, getting sober, bus-life, and of course - music. Plus, I get a private, impromptu concert like no-one’s ever heard.

MEAT PIE AND OYSTERS KILPATRICK
Oysters Kilpatrick:
Ingredients:
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBS unsalted butter
1-2 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 Slices Bacon
12 shucked Oysters
Steps:
1. Heat and combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, butter and tobacco
2. Cook Bacon slices
3. Set oysters in pan, top with sauce and bacon, broil for 1 minute
Meat Pie:
Ingredients:
1 medium onion
1.5 LBS ground beef
1 1/4c water
2 ½ tsp superior touch better than bouillon beef base
1/3 c ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ c flour
¼ c water
1 sheet Pillsbury pie sheet
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg
Steps:
1. Cook and combine onion and meat
2. Dissolve bouillon in 1 cup water, add ketchup, sauce and seasonings and bring to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add in flour and bring to boil once again.
3. Spoon meat and sauce into pie sheet
4. Top with puff pastry and bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes

livenation managment company is doing bert favor with the bands...lol expect a huge PR push from ticketmaster and livenation and berty doesnt seem to mind pushing those third party ticket places that jack tickets up even more than they are... very much a reason despite cities closer with more people europe is less profitable because they dont allow monsanto or ticketmaster...
Having papa roach in your kitchen singing Last Resort while you’re drinking and hanging out is a lifetime event

I dont care what anyone says, these guys still make hits. I used to listen to them when I worked out 15-18 years ago and still do today. My 13 year old daughter and I listen to them every day driving her to school 👏
Definitely should have some bands on the fully loaded tour. Rock bands and comedy is a killer combo.
It's funny to hear these comics hear tell stories how they opened for famous bands - now musicians and comics are such fans of each other that it is inevitable

Easily my favorite episode. Papa Roach is one of the best live concert experiences you can have. Every time I've seen them, they bring it!
I love how Bert involves the people behind the camera and are part of the show, it's so genuine and casual.

I saw papa roach live 3 times when the album “infest” came out. Jacoby was walking out in the pit singing and he came up to me and put the microphone to my mouth so I can belt out a few lyrics. One of my favorite moments and memories of all time

I have never identified with a song more than Papa Roach's Last Resort. I lost my mother to Covid 2 years ago & the circumstances surrounding it caused me to lose my fucking mind. I'm better now, but that song was so relatable to me.✌💚
Ozzfest 2001 - West Palm Beach - Papa Roach had the most electric, no flair set Ive seen. Watching Jacoby headbutt bottles and things being thrown without missing a beat, is a core memory. They absolutely rocked the main stage mid day!

Feel like papa roach is really hitting their stride musically. They've always had bangers but the latest music I feel is just top to bottom awesome. Instruments lyrics the whole composition.

In 2000 Papa Roach came to Jacksonville Florida to play a show and the club made them go on before my best friends’ band. The first thing Jacoby said to me was “do you know where I can find some X?” I didn’t, but that show ended up with us on the road with Papa Roach for a few dates in Florida and Alabama. The next time they came through they were staying with the us. For someone that had no musical talent, I got to do a lot of cool shit in the 90’s and early 2000’s and that’s just one of said things
Falling Apart, like the rest of F.E.A.R , is an amazing song! I was lucky to see them on that tour.

Papa Roach, Powerman 5000, Korn was my first concert, and at the time, there was no other band I'd have wanted to be my first band to see live besides Papa Roach. Still wish I could see that show again. Love you guys!
I remember I was like 5 years old my uncle and a few of his friends/ band mates went to a headlining papa roach show and he brought a schecter 7 string like this isn't one of the omen series like this is one of the highest quality like schecters out there it was like a black and Grey tiger burst and they were outside after the show and saw the bands tour bus and as they walk up Jacoby come running up from behind and my uncle asked if they would sign the guitar and the whole band signed and Jacoby bummed a morborol red off my uncle, Bruce. I'm curious if they'd remember that but to this day the guitar is still at his buddies house cuz they've passed it back and forth a few times and they just both made the promise they wouldn't ever sell it or anything and that it'd only ever go between them too which is still awesome. I wish I had the same experience as they did and my uncle had a solid active band at the time that he was I believe there lead guitarist and he got me into playing at a young age and I was on and off with it threw my childhood and I started playing again after i fucked my hand and wrist up and I was struggling with heroin addiction at the time I so happened to land an Amp and a somewhat solid guitar and it helped me so much and I learned to play last resort not too long after I got the guitar and it helped boost my self confidence in playing to a point I have a shitty self confidence in anything I do to this day I'm working on it but it helped me get clean and I've been playing since and now have a couple really bad ass guitars I have to buy a new Amp but other then needing an Amp currently I still play without the Amp I have gotten much much better and last resort changed my life and changed how well I play guitar and it helped me learn how to play much better. I've seen papa roach 5 times and would love to see them again and I'd love to personally meet the band myself. I just have to say thank you to the whole band for being solid fucking people and creating music that has quite literally saved my life so thank you guys and I hope to one day meet you guys and hell maybe even play with ya guys if it is ever possible.

I can remember when last resort premiered on TRL. I've seen that video probably a hundred times. It's probably the only Papa Roach song I even know and what I find interesting is. After watching this I went back and watched the video and I couldn't point out who is who at all. That's how different everybody looks now. I don't even know which one's the lead singer
