    Congratulations Dr. Nasseh, very good explanation!

    Dr Nasseh, thanks for the great video! I do about 150 endos a year for the past couple of years. I have never separated a file with reciprocation. However, as you mentioned and as literature indicates, debris extrusion is a factor and post op soreness occurs more often. I'm hesistant to go back to rotation because those 2-3 annual separations I used to get with rotation early in my career prior to switching are not ideal for me. Any advice? Also, what are your thoughts about the M4 handpiece? Thank you!

      Haitham Wehbe great points. I agree and why I think this updated protocol for implantation of reciprocation makes more clinical sense.
      I have another video on it and will be spending more time next year talking about reciprocation use in basic endo.
      Cheers.

    Because ESR is progressive taper can the regular endo sequence gutta percha still be used? Like for a #25 primary ESR can you use #25 endo sequence GP?

      Good question. The ESR system is progressive taper and has its own GP Cones. The ESR CM files (the new release) is a constant taper 04 Master Files and that's fitted to match the EndoSequence cones since it produces a shape that's a match with EndoSequence Files and Cones. Cheers!

    What reciprotation movement are these files designed for? Because as we know there are plenty of them (CW, CCW, different degrees etc)

      PlX3L 150-30 CCW.

    Hi Dr. Nasseh, I am excited to try them. What's is MFD of the primary file? Taperness between 3-7 is .059 and 7-11 is .066? So taperness decreases from 0-7 but increases a bit and decreases again? Thanks for sharing.

      Progressive tapers, very similar size and tapers to the WaveOne Gold, but ever so slightly thinner. Works also with the same exact motion.

    ESR is the edgeendo file right?

      No ESR is sold by BrasselerUSA.

    you dont seem that convinced by that technique, prob just an ad video for the company

    • @AANasseh
      @AANasseh  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not an ad for the company; this is a technique and file Dr. Nasseh has developed himself for users. All these videos are providing communications and instructions on techniques and technology developed by Dr. Nasseh, his faculty & staff and his company. More ESR videos providing more detail on the technique are available. However, keep in mind Dr. Nasseh believes in rotation as a superior method of instrumentation compared to reciprocation. That's why he's not focusing on this technique compared to the rotation techniques he teaches. The ESR Files is only good for the less experienced users who are more concerned about safety than efficiency. However, more ESR videos are on the way.
