    Thanks for making this video. It worked for me in changing the setup from rim to disc brake wheelset

      Have you removed the film from the flywheel? I almost can't get it off but it says "remove before use".😅

    After install casette do this requires some adjustment for the gears / derauiller?

    • @berniesbikeadv

      Hi, if you use the same cassette (in my case 10-30), there is no adjustment needed

  • @terryrl

    You skipped all the steps that I wanted to see. I.e. removing rear wheel from bike, attaching bike to trainer, tightening, ensure derailleur works, etc.

      no I used the axe that came with the smart trainer, the thru axle wont fit

    Sehr hilfreich. Du hast aber dann deine eigene Steckachse verwendet um das Rad einzuspannen oder? Ich finde da ist die Anleitung etwas sehr schwammig.

    • @berniesbikeadv
      @berniesbikeadv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar, es handelt sich um eine Steckachse (inklusive Adapter) die beim Smart Trainer mitgeliefert wurde.

      @@berniesbikeadv Verstehe ich nicht. Ich habe nur eine Schnellspanner-Achse dabei gehabt und jetzt mein Cube mit der vorhandenen Steckachse montiert. Ich denke dafür sind die beiliegenden Steckachsen-Adapter für rechts und links ja auch gedacht und dann eben die eigene schon vorhandene Steckachse verwenden, oder nicht??

    • @DoubleYouRandyBe
      @DoubleYouRandyBe ปีที่แล้ว

      Die Adapter werden mitgeliefert aber nicht die Steckachse. Es wird nur ein Schnellspanner beigelegt.
      Ich musste noch einen Micro Spline Freilauft kaufwn plus noch de Deore 12x Kassette, das mein Bike drauf passt. Alles zusammwn doch recht teuer, war mir aber bewusst. Han leider kein Rennrad.

    Hey man I have a last question. Am interested with this trainer but am just scared of the power accuracy issues. Will I feel the issues too much or just a bit of a drop? Will you recommend me this trainer and how long have you being using this without getting any problems

    • @berniesbikeadv

      If you really want to use often a smart trainer, there is no other option as to buy a Neo 2T, not the Flux 2. My daughter had the Flux 2 and there is no comparisson between Neo 2 and Flux 2. Flux is for beginners. Slow data rate, louder and the Watts are not really "real"

      I would say it’s not the most quiet home trainer on the market, but for the price I am happy with it. I mean it does make noise but nothing I didn’t expect ( + my neighbors haven’t complained so far😆)

    Is the flux 2 better than wahoo kickr core ? What are your thoughts ?

    • @berniesbikeadv
      @berniesbikeadv  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Amrit,
      Thank you for your comment!
      The flux 2 is quite good and you will get a good value for your money, however the wahoo kickr is more silent and has an even better “road feeling” but can be pricey sometimes
