No, you've mistaken this with most of the Tango models from the past which were soft and bouncy but no grip.
This one is slightly sticky like Chinese rubbers. Very spinny with right strokes and provides dangerous ball arc at same time. Speed is also pretty low only faster than Hurricane 3 a bit.

This Golden Tango and the PS version can definitely be used in FH.
