On paper make a drawing of a whole body. After given the shot make a small mark & date on the paper body drawing this way you will have a picture of where the shot was given. Keep the drawing on the refrigerator. There are 10 place WHEREyou can give a shot Left & right back of arm . Left & right side of belly button. Left & right upper leg thigh. Left & right outer thigh. Left & right buttocks . Remember it is important to rotate injections sights. Always measure two fingers from the last shot given.

This lady looks like she has diabetes.. personally i inject in my arms, absolutely no pain and tons of spots to work with.. i find the places she is talking about have a lot of sensitive areas and hurt. I have used everywhere for an injection site and it all works the same i can prove it and will battle anyone for cash on this.. how can you inject while driving in your leg? I can inject NP while driving in my arm.. i have injected into a finger to see what would happen and guess what… it all works the same.. i say where ever you feel most comfortable inject, and use one side at a time and guess what, maby because your a diabetic you may have areas where you inject that show little injection marks , doh. We are diabetics, we will have highs and lows, some bad and some ruin the day. We will constantly be told by people who look unhealthy how to be healthy.

The lady in the video did not tell you each area of the body where you have given the insulin shot that the insulin will act slow sometimes and will act fast some times. It is always important to monitor you blood sugar.
