I made a mistake last year by preparing Bank PO then CAT and then I was left with very little time for GATE ......I failed to clear in any one of them....
And now?

How did to made transition from banking toGATE entirely different exams syllabus one is all about economics quant english other is pure technical .
I did the same by preparing for IBPS PO, due to backup planning, and failed both of them, and GATE 2019

Sir, I also have a problem like the guy said in the video.
I passed out from college in 2018 from electrical branch. I took coaching for Gate only and got 52 marks. After that I started preparing for RRB JE and cracked it's prelims but failed in mains by a few marks. I gave some non technical exams also. I cracked SSC CGL prelims but failed in mains. I cracked Bank PO prelims also, mains is not done yet. I'm continuing my technical preparation also according to the pattern of ESE, GATE.
.....I'm so much frustrated these days and can't figure out if I'm on the right path or not. .......and what should I really do now.
..I am so much disheartened by not cracking rrb je mains because I had decided after that I would stop giving non tech exams.
Follow what I said in video, focus on one group of exam only.
It's not only me then 😄 tried technical exams , didn't went good enough , switched to some non technical exams .. attempted rrb je , qualified 1st paper with excellent marks , failed in 2nd paper .
Technical portion was weak because i was inclined towards some non technical exams .
Now im CONFUSED whether to go for technical exams (good at technical but very less vacancies) or non technical (I'm not that good in non technical exams in comparison to guys purely dedicated towards non technical exams but opportunities are more here)
So what are you preparing for currently?
@@ssh854 I stopped focusing on nontechnical exams. Bcz I figured out this is not what I wanna do. Agar job lagne m time lagna hai to wo lage jo chahte hain. This year got 1083 rank in gate. Will apply in NIT's and winter IIT admissions. Currently preparing for RSEB JE/AE and other PSU'S.

Because everyone are saying that do not focus only ssc je give also rrb je and state exam because in rrb there are more vacancy. Based on your preparation and your basic knowledge dude! it's different for different people! If you dedicated to it hardly, you could crack it in one year, but don't fear,once you start your preparation,you have to believe yourself and the process you are doing!

I have completed my graduation in 2019 . actually I dropped one year for jee in 2015 . finally I passed out from Tier-3 college with CSE specialization ?I wrote gate in 2019 but didn't qualified . I have taken one more drop for gate preparation and got 47 marks (CSE) and I have committed lot of silly mistakes .I don't have communication skills and basically I am from Telugu medium and I don't have coding skills. But i have clear understanding of gate subjects.what should I do now ? Please suggest me , I am unable to decide myself ?

Could you please assess my current progress in GATE preparation? With roughly two months left (not counting January), I've finished thermodynamics, Production, half of FM, 75% of SOM, about 30% of TOM and Vibrations and only Calculus in mathematics. All of that without revision which means what I've studied so far is already starting to look hazy. I haven't started test series yet because I was planning to take them up after I finished the main 5 subjects.
Good or bad? Don't sugarcoat it.
Edit: I was afraid that there's still a lot to study. But then I realized I've almost finished the main five subjects. I should be able to finish them by the end of this month. Which means after that, I'll only have Heat transfer and industrial engineering to study. And that's quite an encouraging feeling. Two subjects in one month is cakewalk.

class 11 , by doing this I think I'll waste my 1 year but that wastage of one year will be an investment for whole life,, as per my vision..

Bhaiya i am student of btech civil. I love science till class 12th give jee and get into good btech clg i choose civil engineering for giving govt exam(SSC JE) but now i think govt exams syllabus is too much outdated and doesn't help you develop you so i m thinking for preparing for cat so i am now very confused why i love science all these years if i have to go in management my father wants i give ssc je but the lvl of competition and success ratio and lack of its syllabus interest and the fear of unemployment take me towards cat what i have to do i will be very thankful 🙏🥺if i can get your little guidance!!

Sir..i m a diploma holder....2017 passed out in mechanical engineering...then completed my vocational training and apperenticeship till nov 2018....after that I was directionless that what should i do becoz alp paper 1 answer key was wrong which exam i have prepared for.....but before 20 days of exam i could may know that my pre has cleared and I prepared for maines and trade exam both in 20 days...but unfortunately missed it by 0.2 marks....after that I have prepared for rrb je but also missed it by 5 marks.....Now I m preparing for SSC JE 2019 from 2 months....but i m very afraid and stressed about the exam.....becoz competition is very high and there r many students preparing for the exam for 3-4 years with coaching and r from btech background also....but i really want to crack this exam.....what to do sir becoz time is very less and my base is also not very strong.....plz do reply

You cannot fluctuate between exams, you must have done something wrong if you didn't see improvement in your 3 Attempts at GATE
Sir, i passed my engineering in ECE in 2018. I was working in a private firm and then i resigned in 2020 to prepare for gate and ese. Gate 2021 i am expecting a rank around 1500-2000. I will be giving one more try in 2022. But i have no backup plan.
