This is the song that captured me. The bridge, "I can see..." rips a piece out of me. I have no idea why. What's amazing about her intermittent vocal performances is, after weeks of not singing, she knows the words.
You can tell they were also playing without click, stems, or backing tracks. They just decided on a song and started it. Pau had no time to set up anything on the computer. So they were listening to each other. From the looks exchanged, they were deciding on the fly who was going to take which vocal part during the harmonies.
@@KatherineConley9823Ale has stepped in to sing at times on certain songs like this or songs a few from Queen of the Murder Scene. Unfortunately, those songs aren’t on the set list much anymore but they’ll pull them out if Dany needs vocal rest. Welcome to The Warning Army!
The Warning...Fantastic Band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obviously, the Villarreal sisters did not have the skills as developed then as they do now, but this is a very good song and Alejandra performs it very well.
Depending on their level on Patreon. Patreons was invited for a lunch, tour & a mini get together in their basement studio aka music room aka The Cave at the Villarreal's home in Monterrey. Some even were allowed to play with the band. The other vioces you hear were Patreons.
That song from Alé singing is an absolute gem; once heard never forgotten! It’s a shame that she doesn’t like doing it now, she has a really nice voice; hopefully as she gets older she will feel more confident.
maybe one day but she also said in a interview or a insta live when asked about lead that she probably never will but that was a old video and she might change opinion one day. think she eaven said in keep me fed she only did harmonies
I've heard Pau in an interview say about their early experiments in songwriting that they found it really helpful sometimes (if stuck about how to make a song more interesting) to throw in a key change. I've since noticed a few of their songs where it seems that's exactly what they did do (such as 'Sacrifice').
@@leekovalskyj9218 I just saw an interview (I think the Tidal documentary) where she mentioned key changes being a major part of the QOTMS album because they were picking things up from K-pop at the time.
Thanks Glenn, there are so many of these hidden treasures in their catalog...especially from the "cave". Great that you are bringing these down home and personal gems to us. So great to see Ale taking the lead, though we know she is not comfortable doing it....supporting Big Sis! She is precious. Cheers TW/DPA.
Love your reactions. You might like The Warning Quarantine Show, from their basement. Also, they created Dany Day, Pau Day and Ale Day, on which they recorded something for their fans during the pandemic. Some highlights are Dany Day Midnight Shows, Ale teaching Dany how to play bass, Pau teaching Dany how to play drums. Also, the aftermovies from the 2023 European tour are much more personal than the ones they do now. Instead of pictures, there is video. It shows them travelling, eating, prepping for the show, joking with each other, etc.
Thanks for discussing key choices. I'm not a musician but like when reactors point these things out, especially when it factors into degree of difficulty.
I love when Ale sings each time. I know she does not like sing lead but will step in when needed. Most vids on YT when she sings have no good audio quality but here and there are spot like Enter Sandman 2:56 and Choke 2:49 from Teatro Metropolitan. Maybe some day she will surprise us with her own permanent lead song, and if not she will stay great as she and her sisters are.
Also one of my favorites by them. They're kind of chasing hits right now which is understandable but I hope they'll eventually get back to writing songs on their own for themselves.
Great! Thank you! Daniela "observa" a su hermana pequeña y la alienta! DPA es tan increíble! Ale tocando el bajo es impresionante y si canta, maravilla a todos. The Warning!
Of course Ale can sing! But Is well known that she prefers to play her five string bass tan perform as a lead voice. Simply is not her cup of tea and there is nothing wrong with that. Nevertheless, i think that if some day she needs to sing to express herself, she Will.
I always love hearing her sing. I may take some heat for this but here she sounds like she just needed a little vocal training to really be able to nail it and sing it as well as she plays it
... Yes very nice Ale !!! (it's just a shame this big head in front of my eyes ... Go away !!!) Hey just a short message to The Brothers, I saw you have reacted to Band Maid, these 5 women, all over 30teen, plastic or real flesh, robots for sure (for japanese men lol), it's only a virtuoso thing "I play the fastest" ... The time of the guitar heroes is over for a long time ago, it was my time, J.Page, Alvin Lee and so on ... This from an old french metal fan, and great The Warning fan, they have a heart and a soul ... I am really a great hater (and I love it ^^) of all these japanese bands ... Sorry for writing this here, but I dont want to go there in your reaction, I will be really to much naughy as I was in my comments on another chanel ... So merci et au revoir ... Oh sorry again, I am wrong, it's about BabyMetal, it's even worse , it's a plague !!!
Ale was just 13 then, unreal!
One of my favorite unicorn sightings.

Ale is one of the very best singers who doesn't want to be a singer! Maybe someday....
I recently started listening to them. I wonder if Ale does the lead vocals whenever Danys voice isn’t 100%? They are an awesome band btw.

Sweet singing… such an amazing and unique vibrato… Very different and quick compared to her sisters… she could totally sing lead for softer genres

She’s doing a lot more solo backing on some of the KMF songs and her voice has REALLY come in to its own. Absolutely beautiful tone.
@@mt4design2 Absolutely, she’s coming along nicely!
@@DarrellW_UK acording to her sisters she was the one who inherited most of the vocal abileties from parents like pitch etc
Thank you also for your comments about keys… i love that did write outside of the guitar keys so often… makes for more interesting listening!

From all the songs from The Warning, River’s Soul remains my favorite, with the passage at the end as my favorite part of the track.

Still hoping Ale will take on more lead in a near future. From the latest shows I'd say she's getting there... Hope is green
I recommend Dany day midnight show of a song called Home by Cavetown or First Day Of My Life by Bright Eyes.

Not yet!
@@glennandadriansrocktalk As far as I know, Pau does a Taylor Swift one and a Kelly Clarkson one. Kelly's is the one do see IMO Glenn.

I wonder how it would have been if they turned down the guitar, so Ale could shine a bit more. She has the potential, but hasn't chosen to push it.
I think Ale could sing lead if she Wanted, just more vocal training and she would be good to go.
It's funny how her face tells you that she would rather not sing lead. Nonetheless, she is very talented.
Si puede evitar cantar lo hará ella solo hace coros aparte es introvertida si pudieras ver como evita los micrófonos en las entrevistas
