What kills and amazes me whenever I think about it is that, even at those young ages, the girls could literally put many working male cover bands to shame, with their tightness and precision.
why are we, TWA,SO dedicated to these three?..this was over 7 years ago,,and this is the performance level given by three, well , two young teens and a tween,,OMG,, i went to their website first and watched,, pick out Pau,, watch Ale, see Dany! There is NO wonder as to how precise they are now. And now KręciołaTV have blessed us all with the Christmas Present we had been dreaming and pleading for,,what an excellent Holiday this is,, Happy Holidays to ALL,,,
Ale' did not receive those Spector bass gifts until months later. She had played this bass and the Mustang 3/4 scale for years before. Dany used the Les Paul for a number of years as well (2014 Enter Sandman, 2016 Ted X 1 and 2017 Ted X 2).
Have a great and healthy holiday along with your loved ones!!!!! I will be rewatching The Warning at THE POL'AND ROCK FESTIVAL which was finally posted in full this morning. Enjoy! ☃️⛄🌲
Ale once said this is her favorite song to play because it's not repetitive -- the bassline is different in each part of the song. That's a shortscale Fender Mustang she's playing. She had two of them -- the white one and a red/white one. The white one was sold off as a Kickstarter reward for the QOTMS album. I believe she still has the red/white one.
Thank you. It sort of gets lost with the age differences and talent among them, but it's not usual to see 12 year olds casually playing a six and a half minute piece at a decent tempo with 4/4, 2/4, 5/8, 9/8 and10/8 bits (not necessarily in that order) in it without mistakes or even hesitation. 🤘⚡🔥⚠🔥⚡🤘 Happy holidays everyone.
My favorite performance of AR. Better audio / video and lighting than at the Whiskey. The Whiskey video hardly shows Ale and dark overhead cam on Pau. Here, you really get to watch all of them play up close: Ale's bass work; the Pau bounce as she kills her kit; Dany's guitar work and facial expressions. Also, the faces Pau makes at herself in the wall mirror and her "no look" hits on the crash. They are having so much fun. Love Ale's casual "yeah, we just did that, so what's next?" attitude, dressed in her laid back skate board outfit, though she doesn't skateboard. The white Fender Ale is playing was gifted to her by Thomas Illgen, along with the black sparkle Spector. 😎👍
Great! The Warning! Thanks Glenn and Adrian!
Not being a metallica fan, “ because all they do is write riffs” I always enjoy watching three teenage girls doing the work of four grown men. I know that’s been used a lot, but it is true and they give it they’re all! Thanks for bringing this out again so soon after Andy‘s talk! (by the way he has a rebuttal out)
@@glennandadriansrocktalk Agreed Glenn. Was not interested in any further Diatribe from Andy or his minions. Our proof in the pudding so to speak is right here, and it was 7 years ago...teenagers. Thanks for all you guys do (I know I have said this) to support these young women. Love the Whiskey version they did but this one stands out to me given it is 2 years earlier. Like you, I got away from Metallica in their later years and honestly had not listened to this song until the Girls did it. You and Adrian have a very Happy Holiday season, and I hope it will be a great "Warning" New Year. We did just get an early "Christmas" gift though..."Pol Rock just released the entire Warning concert on YT...halleluiah
Once their entire concert at Pol'and'Rock was finally released by KręciolaTV. After watching what amazing performance was that, who in the world could care about what Little Andy has to say about them? Let's move on. These girls are destined to great things. Naysayers, gatekeepers, snobs and haters can keep yelling in anger at the clouds all the time they want.
Just a fantastic rendition as always. The story as I’ve heard it (from 3rd party, but what I consider OG TWA sources) is they originally recorded this to include in the pitch to open for Metallica in Mexico on that tour. They of course didn’t get that job but then posted it for YT. Like I said, 3rd party sources but makes sense their team would pitch to everybody coming around (& they of course did get plenty of yeses over the years)
Great song to react to! Thanks. This has much better sound than the Whisky. Ale's bass is the Mustang she also played at the first Dakota Bar show. You'll also notice she hasn't found her stage persona yet, being a living whirlwind on stage. That came with the Spector. 🙂
These girls are so good that song left me breathing hard, It is so rapid it's hard to breathe. Love the villa real sisters❤❤❤🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽 PS, Does anyone know if Danny still has the Gibson the first guitar I ever saw her with🎄🎄🎄
Dany has owned 2 Les Pauls. The 4 knob one her dad bought her (seen here) and a 3 knob LP that was gifted to her by Gibson (seen in The Pretender vid). They sold off the 3 knob LP as a QOTMS Kickstarter reward. I believe she still has the 4 knob one. She also tried a Gibson SG briefly looking for a lighter guitar but it didn't last long. I've only seen one vid with her playing the SG and that was a long, long time ago.
I am always amazed when I see a video of the performances of this song. There is a video of Metallica and The Warning mix of this song. The WARNING AND METELLICA th-cam.com/video/BrJPgQFXKBM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=T_QavAmTwI6oBNap ⚠️ ⚡🤘
Because Dany isn't a shredder, she's just a guitarist. And a damn good one at that. Not all guitarists are shredders. Would you call David Gilmour a shredder? Eric Clapton? Tony Iommi? Randy Rhoads? Mark Knophler?. Hell I wouldn't even call Kirk Hammett a shredder.
@arctic_haze yes I have. Like I said I don't consider ALL lead guitar playing is shredding. To me Eddie Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai are not shredders. However I would call what Zakk Wylde does shredding, Nita Strauss is a shredder (Alice actually hired her for that reason), Tommy Henriksen isn't. Dany can certainty play lead guitar when she wants to, but she's not what I would call a shredder.
That's not the reason she has back problems. She has a medical condition that causes her to have back problems so she has to do strengthening exercises to help her with those back problems. And of course that heavy guitar did not help.
The Warning Russia fan page put together a synced-up video of both TW and Metallica playing this song. Except for the obvious difference between Dave Hetfields voice and Dany’s they sound incredibly similar. Here’s the link th-cam.com/video/BrJPgQFXKBM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-eyM3amrM12tUWoP
We could do a mental exercise: 1.- We removed Kirk Kemit, we left James alone with his guitar. Trujillo on bass and Lars on drums 2.- We have Lars sing the choruses.(🤭) 3.- Finally, we put them in the time machine and leave James with 18, Lars with 16 and Trujillo with 14 (😂) Now yes, let's compare.
Hmmm. Not so impressive once you realise this video was done from multiple takes. Kinda of puts the unwanted thought into your head of how many other videos from "the Cave" are multiple takes!
I would disagree. :) I am reminded that Rush couldn't manage to do "La Villa Strangiato" in one take either, but no one docked points for that! We've heard them play it live flawlessly since then. We also know the original Enter Sandman was one take.
@glennandadriansrocktalk I'm not knocking them at all, just pointing out it is multiple takes. Personally, I believe ALL the other videos from "the Cave" are one take only.
What kills and amazes me whenever I think about it is that, even at those young ages, the girls could literally put many working male cover bands to shame, with their tightness and precision.
first parents definitely hit the gene pool lottery so much talent anyway The Warning are just a really solid good old fashion Rock band.
Once Ale really understood what she was doing with her bass, the band came alive.
The Warning's John Paul Jones.

This was about 2 months after the 2017 Tedx performance.

Woah! Dany sure owns that guitar!
Yep, Dany’s Gibson. I’m not sure who has it now but that is surely some valuable history.

So accurate and tight for their ages. Certainly a portent of things to come.

This banger is also known as the, Ale’s magic hoodie sleeves video.
Watch closely, I saw it 50 times before I caught it.
Yeah there were def multiple video takes. Obvious really.
Have you noticed Dany's sleeve?

Amazing performance and precision for a band with a 12 year old bassist and all under 17.

Loved Atlas Rise at the whisky 22 song set so why not surprise the crowd with a long song never done in public before as the encore!🤘
Anybody actually know what the setlist for that Whiskey show was?
Jammin! Lotsa fun with this one

My friends... excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The versión is very good too
All the very best for Christmas gentle men . . Take care .

think Ale,s white mustang went to a fan as it was a crowd founding reward for reaching a certain amount
Thanks, Glenn and Adrian.
Great reaction, thanks and Merry Christmas

try the live performance at the Whiskey a Go Go
We have seen Atlas Rise from that show (link is under this vid's description)!
That clanking sound, is that a backing track guys?
Exceeded a skill without + +

🤘There is a big difference in Ale’s looks. She looks taller at the Whiskey.
Why did some people keep claiming for years that Dany can't shred? All the needed evidence was there in March 2017.
@@davidrees4218 Have you seen her play Familiar Taste of Poison recently with Halestorm?
@arctic_haze yes I have. Like I said I don't consider ALL lead guitar playing is shredding. To me Eddie Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai are not shredders. Likely put together from several takes (looking at Dany's and Ale's sleeves)......great video though
Dany stopped playing the Gibson because of the weight. Now she has back issues because of it.
They are heavy guitars, generally speaking.
That's not the reason she has back problems. She has a medical condition that causes her to have back problems so she has to do strengthening exercises to help her with those back problems. And of course that heavy guitar did not help.

I mean they've probably done enough Metallica. but it would be fun to hear them do this again just to see how much better it would be.

@construccionyavancesadecvc5554 of course that was only one take, that's obvious.
